CISK PTC Day: A Successful Chapter in Home-School Collaboration

On the meaningful and heartwarming day of November 8th, CISK successfully hosted its PTC Day (Parent Teacher Conference). This event not only deepened the communication and understanding between parents and teachers but also paved a more solid path for cooperation in supporting the growth of our students.

From a literary perspective, parents and teachers function like the two lines of a couplet, reinforcing each other yet needing rhythm and harmony. Regular check-ins, open dialogue, and timely feedback keep us synchronized and moving forward together. It was a delight to meet with so many parents last week, and I look forward to our continued exchange throughout the year.

PTC Day provides the best opportunity, not only for teachers to personally share students' growth but also for parents and educators to explore ways to collaborate more closely in shaping the future of our children.

I appreciate that Mathew and Rachel understand my son's strengths and areas for improvement. After conversing with them, I gained a better understanding of how they utilize this knowledge to facilitate his development across various domains. This individualized attention is a great boon for the children's growth.

Selecting CISK for Juliana was a wonderful decision. We believed in its ability to provide a quality education, especially with its IB curriculum fostering a diverse and passionate learning community.


Since starting in 1st grade, Juliana has transformed from a shy child into a happy, enthusiastic student who thrives in the school's welcoming atmosphere.


Although she faced initial compatibility challenges with her peers, the supportive staff and teachers helped her overcome these issues. We are grateful for the warm community Juliana is part of.


Exposure to teachers from various cultures and nationalities has positively influenced her personality and educational growth. Despite initial struggles in mathematics and Mandarin, dedicated and engaging teachers at CISK have sparked her interest and motivation.


Now in 7th grade, Juliana is excelling and looking forward to a bright future.
