彼一米森林儿童学院秉承着“探索更好的自己”这一教学理念,为孩子们提供丰富多元的课程与环境,让孩子们去探索、体验、挑战。与此同时,彼一米也为老师和家长们构建一个以生、养、教三位一体的生命教育实践中心,在这里,教师们互助成长,为了孩子们,他们需要准备更好的自己,爱孩子、支持孩子、尊重孩子。在这里,家长和孩子们共享成长空间和资源,获得教育的知识和经验,也获取教养子女的信心。在这里,孩子、家长、教师的自我价值都得以实现,生命质量也得以提升。

BeeMee Forest Academy upholds the teaching philosophy of "Discover The Better Self," providing children with a rich and diverse curriculum and environment that encourages exploration, experience, and challenges. At the same time, BeeMee establishes a life education practice centre for teachers and parents, integrating learning, nurturing, and teaching. Here, teachers grow together, preparing to bring out the best in themselves for the benefit of the children, embracing love, support, and respect for each child. Parents and children share a space and resources for growth, gaining educational knowledge, experiences, and confidence in raising their children. 11月是彼一米西湖校区夯实教学月,国际教师们互评互听课堂,互相学习共同进步。因着彼一米始终秉持 “探索更好的自己” 这一教育理念,我们为教师们构筑起探索自身成长的优质平台。我们鼓励教师们突破自我局限,以开放的姿态投身于学习与探索之中,在彼一米不断磨砺自我、实现跃升,进而引领孩子们迈向更为广袤的世界舞台。

November marks the "Teaching Excellence Month" at BeeMee's Xihu Campus. International teachers are engaged in peer reviews, classroom observations, and collaborative learning to foster mutual growth. Staying true to the philosophy of "Discover The Better Self," BeeMee provides a high-quality platform for teachers to explore their personal and professional growth. Teachers are encouraged to push beyond their limits, embracing a spirit of openness as they engage in learning and exploration. This journey of self-refinement empowers them to guide children towards broader horizons on the global stage.


在本次的公开课活动中,国际教师们展示了IEYC早期教育课、ECSTEM早期科学实验、Phonic自然拼读、Circle time等课堂,大家充分地观摩了不同教师给不同年龄段幼儿带来的探索活动,每一次的观摩,教师们都积极热烈地展开探讨,为彼此的进步与精进奉献自己的好点子。我们也相信,这样的学术氛围定能带给孩子们更加优质的探索课堂,带领孩子们探索更加精彩的世界,而老师们内在的成长与自我实现,这些看不见的远比看得见的更为可贵!

During the open lessons, international teachers demonstrated classes across IEYC, ECSTEM, Phonics, and Circle Time, showcasing exploratory activities tailored to various age groups. Each observation session sparked enthusiastic discussions among teachers, who shared ideas to support each other's progress and refinement. This collaborative academic atmosphere is certain to provide children with more enriching and exploratory classroom experiences, leading them to discover a more fascinating world. Moreover, the invisible growth and self-realisation of the teachers—their internal development—are far more valuable than what meets the eye!


家长半日开放日:身临其境感受孩子成长  

Parent Half-Day Open Day: Immersive Insight into Your Child's Growth

家长们每天通过老师们的反馈都能感受到孩子们的成长与变化,而家长半日开放,则给家长提供了一个近距离观察孩子们、感受孩子们的学习环境和成长点滴的机会。在开放日当天,家长们与孩子们共同参与了各种富有趣味的教学活动。

While parents often observe their child's progress and changes through daily feedback from teachers, the Parent Half-Day Open Day offers a unique opportunity for parents to closely witness their child’s learning environment and milestones. On this special day, parents joined their children in a variety of engaging educational activities, experiencing first-hand the joy and development that takes place in their daily lives.


IEYC主题课程 IEYC Thematic Curriculum

为孩子们打开了一扇通往世界的窗户。课堂上,教师以生动有趣的故事、形象的图片和实物展示,引出一个个富有启发性的主题。

This curriculum opens a window to the world for children. Through lively stories, vivid imagery, and real-life demonstrations, teachers introduce thought-provoking themes that spark curiosity and broaden perspectives.


早期科学实验 ECSTEM

孩子们化身为小小科学家,在探索实验中,亲身体验、实际操作,思考其中的原理。教师则在一旁适时引导,启发孩子们提出假设、进行实验验证、得出结论。这样的课程不仅激发了孩子们对科学现象的好奇心,更锻炼了他们的动手实践能力、逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力,为未来的科学学习奠定了坚实的基础。

Transforming into little scientists, children engage in hands-on experiments, exploring and understanding scientific principles through practical activities. Teachers skilfully guide the process, encouraging children to make hypotheses, conduct experiments, and draw conclusions. These sessions not only ignite curiosity about scientific phenomena but also strengthen practical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, laying a strong foundation for future scientific endeavours.


高尔夫 Golf

果岭上,小小高尔夫球手们身姿矫健。在专业教练的耐心指导下,孩子们学习正确的握杆姿势、挥杆动作和击球技巧。他们专注地盯着小球,调整呼吸,用力挥杆,每一次击球都伴随着期待与兴奋。

On the green, young golfers displayed their poise and agility. Under the patient guidance of professional coaches, they learned the correct grip, swing techniques, and striking skills. With intense focus on the ball, controlled breathing, and deliberate swings, each shot was filled with excitement and anticipation.


奥尔夫音乐 Orff Music

宛如一个欢乐的音乐海洋,孩子们手持各种乐器,跟随着老师的节奏演奏着,一同感受音乐的魅力。

Like a joyful ocean of music, children immersed themselves in the charm of melody, holding various instruments and following the teacher’s rhythm as they played together.


幼小衔接 Kindergarten to Primary Transition

针对即将步入小学的孩子们,我们不仅着重培养他们的学习习惯和综合素养。还注重培养孩子们的注意力、记忆力和自我管理能力,如通过组织小组活动,让孩子们学会倾听他人、遵守规则、独立完成任务,为顺利过渡到小学阶段做好充分准备。

For children preparing to enter primary school, the focus extends beyond cultivating learning habits and comprehensive skills. Special attention is given to developing their concentration, memory, and self-management abilities. Through group activities, children learn to listen to others, follow rules, and complete tasks independently, ensuring they are well-prepared for a seamless transition into their next educational stage.


体能游戏课程 Physical Activity and Games

是孩子们释放活力的舞台,课程中,我们设置了丰富多彩的体能游戏,在老师的带领下,分组进行体能挑战,在游戏中锻炼了肌肉力量、身体平衡能力、协调性和灵活性。

This course provides a vibrant stage for children to release their energy. With a variety of dynamic physical games, children participate in group challenges under the teacher’s guidance. These activities strengthen their muscle power, balance, coordination, and flexibility through play.

Through these diverse and engaging course demonstrations and discussions with teachers, parents gained a deeper understanding of their children’s daily lives at the kindergarten, witnessing their growth and progress in multiple areas. 因为,我们深知:教学,从来都不是独立的社会行为,“教”与“学”始终是两个主体的联结性活动。教师是教学活动中“教”的主体;孩子是教学活动中“学”的主体。好的教学效果的呈现与教学目标的达成,是师生共同努力的成果。因此,在教学活动中要形成合力、形成向心力,就要时刻关注教师与孩子的共同成长,二者缺一不可。

Because we firmly believe: teaching is never an isolated social act. Teaching and learning are inherently interconnected, involving the active engagement of two key participants. Teachers are the primary facilitators of teaching, while children are the main drivers of learning. Achieving effective teaching outcomes and educational goals is the result of the joint efforts of both parties. To create synergy and unity in teaching activities, we must always focus on the shared growth of teachers and children—both are indispensable.
