Anna Zhong is a certified IB examiner and an international educator with a master's degree in Classical Literature from Beijing Normal University. 

钟校长有着长达23年中外知名IB国际学校和国际化双语学校的工作经验，其中包括13年国际化学校的运营管理经验及双语学校创校高管经历。她曾任职于北京鼎石学校和北京京西学校等IB国际和IB双语学校，并担任管理工作。她具备丰富的IBDP和MYP授权认证经验，同时熟悉其他国际课程体系如A-Level和AP等。

For 23 years, she’s worked in well-known IB international and bilingual schools in China and abroad. Her experience in operating and managing international schools and founding executive bilingual schools goes back 13 years. She has worked at prestigious IB international and IB bilingual schools such as Beijing Keystone Academy and Beijing Western Academy, holding management positions. She has rich experience in IBDP and MYP authorization and accreditation, and is also familiar with other international curricula such as A-Level and AP. 

她还有多年以国家课程为基础、国际课程为框架小学到高中的融合课程经验。曾主持国内外数十个不同层级、规模和类型的中文教学培训分享会及校内家长工作坊，对未来国际化人才的素养和能力有很强的认知。从业以来，始终坚持教育初心，为学生计深远。

Mr. Jack Zhao graduated from Hunan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Chinese education and got his master's degree in international educational leadership and change from Hong Kong Education University. He has been teaching Chinese as first language in internationalized schools and experienced in being homeroom for several years. Rooted in the field of international education for many years, he has obtained certificates in multiple programs such as IB PYP, MYP, DP, and IGCSE, and two IB Leadership Program Certificates in 2022.  

他有着严谨务实的学术精神，专注于每一个孩子的成长与发展，同时也在教学理念上不断追求着新的突破，发展以学生为中心，以培养学生核心素养能力为目的课程是他多年以来职业追求与目标。他坚信每一个孩子的成长都值得被期待，每一份耕耘都能够获得回报。

Olivia graduated from the University of Connecticut with a master’s degree in educational psychology. She has many years of experience in IB education. She has been teaching in US for 5 years, she served as a general practice teacher in Teacher Memorial Magnet school, and then as the academical principal of the Chinese School in South Connecticut. After she came back from America in 2020, she worked as a house coordinator and general teacher in a well-known international school in Changsha.

She is familiar with IB curriculum and the design and implementation of interdisciplinary inquiry units. She pays attention to every detail and strives to cultivate children’ habits of inquiry, research ability, thinking skills, the ability to solve problems and how to raise new problems. She develops the academic writing ability of mother tongue and second language, as well as the ability of organization and time management, international feelings, and sense of responsibility to society. she advocates the educational philosophy of taking responsibility for each child, creating a platform for individualized learning and comprehensive development of students, and believes that the power of love in education can change the trajectory of all students' growth.  

He's from London, England in the United Kingdom. He has been teaching English as a second language in Thailand since 2012. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages (TESOL) in 2019 at Siam Technology College in Bangkok. He continued his studies to obtain the Diploma in Teacher Education (DTE) in 2021.

他曾在公立和私立学校任教，包括幼儿园、小学和中学教育，他能够利用自己作为两个孩子父亲的经验与学生建立起友好的关系；他努力激励学生在无压力和轻松的学习环境中享受语言学习，同时利用自己的语言学习经验来指导孩子们获得优秀的学习技巧。

He has taught at public and private schools including nursery, primary and secondary education. He's able to build constructive and friendly relationships with students using his experience as a father of two children. He strives to motivate students to enjoy language learning in a stress-free and relaxed learning environment. He's able to use his own experience of learning language to facilitate techniques for successful language acquisition.

他的教学理念是以学生为中心，让学生在实践中学习，积极主动地参与到学习目标中来；他努力通过组织活动，让学生相互交流、相互支持，从而鼓励学生之间相互学习。他注重提供适合学生年龄阶段并在他们能力范围内可实现的学习内容。

His teaching philosophy is based upon a student-centered approach where students learn by doing and are active participants in their learning objectives. He strives to encourage peer-to-peer learning by organising activities where students are interacting and supporting each other. He focuses on providing learning content that is suitable for students and within their ability to achieve.

她出生于亚美尼亚，从 7 岁开始在专业音乐学校学习钢琴，后来成为声乐学生。2002 年，她在亚美尼亚埃里温的 Komitas 音乐学院学习声乐，并参加了由 Gegham Grigoryan 在亚美尼亚国家歌剧院开设的特别歌剧学习课程，并于 2012 年成为该歌剧院的独唱演员。她在世界各地演唱歌剧角色并举办音乐会。2009 年，她在埃里温科米塔斯国立音乐学院开始了自己的教学生涯。至今已有十余年的教学经验，她熟练掌握唱歌、合唱、乐器等技能以及理论知识。

She was born in Armenian and started her music education at the age 7 with piano lessons at the specialized music school and later became a voice student. In 2002, she took up her voice studies at Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, Armenia. She has Master‘s Degree (vocal studies) from Yerevan State Conservatory. She participated in special opera studies course given by Gegham Grigoryan at Armenian National Opera Theatre and in 2012 became a soloist /solo singer at the same opera theatre. She sang opera roles and concerts around the world. She began her teaching career in 2009 at Komitas State Conservatory in Yerevan. Her experienced (10 + years) music teacher (University and International school). She taught music (singing, choir, musical instruments, theory) to students of all ages.

她的教学理念是，唯有深刻理解并珍视每个学生在教育旅途中的阶段性和独特性，方能真正激发他们的学习潜能。音乐学习是一种高度学术性的实践，涵盖了数学、科学、语言和历史等其他主要学科。更重要的是，音乐能提高人的重要生活技能，如自律、时间管理、团队合作和领导技能等，还能培养批判性思维和创造力，所有这些技能都能运用到生活的各个方面。

Her teaching philosophy is that all students can learn when they are accepted for who and where they are in their educational journey. The learning of music is a highly academic practice that encompasses other major subjects such as math, science, language and history. More importantly, music enhances crucial life skills such as self-discipline, time management skills, teamwork and leadership skills, as well as fosters critical thinking and creativity, all of which are transferable to all other aspects of life.

他来自塞尔维亚，一个在体育史上取得了很多重大成就的国家。他攻读体育教育专业，拥有足球和篮球等方面的专业证书，并于 2020 年获得澳大利亚体育委员会颁发的多项运动证书。

He originally from Serbia. Country which achieved one of the greatest results in a history of sports. Beside his Sport Education University 2006 he has numerous professional certificates such as football and basketball. He completed multi-sport certificates issued by Australian Sport Commission in 2020.

他在中国工作和生活了六年，先后担任湖北荆州文星中学体育老师、苏州外国语学校篮球教练兼体育老师；他的课程富有创造力且组织有序，为学生提供了充分的环境来探索和享受体育活动。在他的课堂上，学生不仅可以提高和发展自己的身体机能，同时也可以提高社交技能和公平竞争意识。

He has lived and worked in China for six years, successively worked as a P.E. teacher at Wenxing Middle School in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, worked as a Basketball Coach and P.E. teacher at Suzhou Foreign Language School. His classes are creative and well organized which provides healthy environment where students can explore and enjoy sport activities. Where they can improve and develop their body abilities but in same time their social skills and fair play.

他致力于鼓励学生积极参与并培养其对健康生活方式的热情和习惯，在这些基础上，他还帮助一些学生取得了更大的成就，成为了职业运动员。体育是他的生活方式，他肩负使命，推动学生体悟体育在其漫长人生旅程中所带来的益处与价值，他非常期待加入彼一米大家庭。
