本学期，融通高中部除了校内升学指导课以外，还开展了全方位的职业生涯课，我们邀请优秀家长进校分享职业心得，从不同行业视角为学生们打开一扇扇了解多元世界的窗户。
同时，学生走出校园，投身于探究实践活动，亲身体验社会的运行机制与各行各业的真实面貌。
对于即将面临升学的十一年级同学们而言，中国周活动不只是普通课外实践，更是深度探索与自我挑战之旅，助力同学们挖掘潜力，提升综合素养与竞争力。
This semester, in addition to the in-school college counseling classes, the Rongtong High School Department launched a comprehensive career education program. We invited outstanding parents to share their professional insights at school while also encouraging students to venture out into the world to explore and understand society through practical experience. For the eleventh-grade students who are soon to face the challenge of further education, the China Week activities were not merely an extracurricular practice but a journey of deep learning and self-challenge.

本次十一年级研学活动共分为四个项目组：
一是微科研项目的家庭药品管理小组及物理实验组；
二是文化项目的丝绸之路探寻和南京文化探寻小组；
三是社会调查项目的手机对旅游影响组和及南京上海幸福指数调查组；
四是社会服务项目的重庆脑瘫儿童支援小组。
每一个项目组同学都投入了自己最大的热情与智慧，用实际行动诠释了“探索、实践、成长”的真谛。
The eleventh-grade research and study activities were divided into four groups: the first group focused on micro-research projects in family medicine management and physics experiments; the second group engaged in cultural exploration of the Silk Road and Nanjing culture; the third group conducted social surveys on the impact of mobile phones on tourism and the happiness index in Nanjing and Shanghai; and the fourth group participated in social service projects by supporting children with cerebral palsy in Chongqing. Each group of students invested their utmost enthusiasm and wisdom, embodying the essence of "exploration, practice, and growth." Part 1：微科研尝试：学科理论和实践的紧密结合
微科研的第一组同学聚焦家庭药品管理，通过线上线下发放1300份问卷并深入分析，访谈专业人士后，设计了一款创新性智能药箱。此药箱具备智能监测预警、精准量取并语音播报禁忌、与医院联动定制用药规划、智能提醒补货及与社区卫生站协同等功能，同时他们还积极宣传推广，实现知识可视化。
The first group of students focused on family medicine management. By distributing 1,300 questionnaires online and offline and conducting in-depth analysis, and after interviewing professionals, they designed an innovative smart medicine box. This box features functions such as intelligent monitoring and warning, precise measurement with voice prompts for contraindications, customized medication plans in collaboration with hospitals, intelligent reminders for replenishment, and coordination with community health stations. Simultaneously, they actively promoted and visualized their knowledge.

微科研的第二组同学深入物理学实验，体验了光栅实验中的光波动性、三线摆实验的转动惯量测量、声速综合测定中的多种测量方法、牛顿环实验的干涉条纹观察及透镜曲率半径计算，以及太阳能电池的工作原理探索。

The second group delved into physics experiments, experiencing the wave nature of light in grating experiments, measuring the moment of inertia in three-wire pendulum experiments, exploring various measurement methods in comprehensive sound speed determination, observing interference fringes and calculating lens curvature radii in Newton's ring experiments, and investigating the working principles of solar cells. The fantastical stripes seemed like mysterious footprints left by light, gradually revealing the profound implications of the wave nature of light. Each measurement and calculation was a deep exploration of mechanical knowledge. They listened to the subtle sounds of sound waves propagating through the air, feeling the wondrous changes in the process of sound propagation. They were immersed in the fantastic world of optical interference... They also attended a series of fascinating lectures, traveling through time from the ancient and wise Zeno's paradoxes to the powerful integral tools in modern mathematics, witnessing the inheritance and evolution of human wisdom.

古丝绸之路，不仅是一条商贸通道，更是文化交融的桥梁。文化探寻小组的同学们，带着对历史的敬畏与好奇，踏上了一段穿越时空的旅程。
在白塔山，他们不仅被雄伟壮观的古建筑所震撼，更在山顶俯瞰整个城市时，感受到了历史的厚重与现代的繁华交织的独特韵味。嘉峪关长城的雄伟与苍凉，让他们仿佛听到了古代战士的呐喊，感受到了那份保家卫国的壮志豪情。
甘肃博物馆内，一件件珍贵的文物诉说着千年的故事。从精美的彩陶到珍贵的壁画，每一件展品都让他们驻足凝视，细细品味。在《读者》杂志总部，他们不仅了解了这本杂志的创办历程和影响力，更在与编辑们的交流中，感受到了文字的力量和文化的传承。

The ancient Silk Road was not only a trade route but also a bridge for cultural exchange. The cultural exploration group embarked on a time-traveling journey with awe and curiosity for history.
At Baita Mountain, they were not only awestruck by the magnificent ancient architecture but also felt the unique charm of history intertwined with modern prosperity while overlooking the entire city from the summit. The grandeur and desolation of the Jiayuguan Great Wall made them imagine the battle cries of ancient warriors and feel the heroic sentiment of defending the homeland.
Inside the Gansu Museum, precious artifacts recounted stories spanning millennia. From exquisite painted pottery to rare murals, each exhibit captured their attention and was carefully pondered. At the headquarters of Reader magazine, they not only learned about the magazine's founding history and influence but also felt the power of words and the transmission of culture through exchanges with editors.

第三小组的同学们从日常生活入手，深入感受生活，着眼于探索手机对于旅行以及日常的影响及其重要性，当他们放下手机时，即是放下了手机的便利，但他们却也拾起了生活的智慧。缺少智能地图，那就采取直接的问路方式，也能与陌生人有良好的互动；缺少有趣的游戏软件，那就与同伴来一场深入的交流，感受友情的可贵；缺少手机支付，那就选择原始的纸币交易，感受贸易的本质内涵。他们放下手机，感受南京的温度，感受我们悄然逝去的简单生活。
The third group of students delved into daily life, focusing on exploring the impact and importance of mobile phones on travel and daily life. When they put away their phones, they lost the convenience that phones brought but gained the wisdom of life. Without smart maps, they resorted to asking directions directly and interacted positively with strangers. Without entertaining apps, they engaged in deep conversations with companions, appreciating the value of friendship. Without mobile payments, they reverted to paper money transactions, feeling the essential connotation of trade. By putting away their phones, they experienced the warmth of Nanjing and the simplicity of life that has gradually faded away.

该志愿服务小组选择了一个从未探索的领域——照顾先天脑部疾病患儿志愿服务。他们走进重庆市渝西医院，陪伴起12岁以下的一个个不幸患有脑部疾病的儿童：一步一步，他们温柔地扶着孩童，走向康健的训练之路；一笔一画，他们陪伴着孩童，共同描绘着充满爱的动人作品；一呼一唤，他们奋力呐喊着，换来的是来之不易的募捐筹款。他们，宛如冬日的阳光，暖了这些孩童们的心，绵延着，好久，好久。
The volunteer service group chose an unexplored area: serving children with congenital cerebral palsy. They visited the Yuxi Hospital in Chongqing to accompany children under 12 years old who unfortunately suffer from cerebral palsy. Step by step, they gently guided the children on the path to rehabilitation training. Stroke by stroke, they accompanied the children in creating moving works filled with love. Call by call, they vigorously呐喊 (literally "shouted") to raise funds. They were like the sunshine in winter, warming the hearts of these children for a long, long time.

由于时长问题，我们无法一一展示每个小组的独特风采，但他们在研学活动的投入与认真，早已打动了我们。最终，我们选取了具有代表性的四个小组为我们带来一场精彩纷呈的汇报表演。

In Reporting Hall No. 2, representatives from the four groups presented a fascinating sharing session for their classmates. Their eyes sparkled with a thirst for knowledge when talking about research, inspiring everyone. The deep feelings expressed during cultural exploration moved everyone. The in-depth thinking demonstrated in social surveys inspired everyone. The heartfelt words spoken during volunteer service warmed everyone.

袁清晨总校长在总结中表示，丝绸之路组的同学们重新走出了一条属于我们自己的丝绸之路，展现了挑战困难的决心和勇气；家庭药品管理组展现了严谨的科学态度，完成了大量问卷并提出了许多创新解决方案，具有科学家的潜质；南京组的同学们体验了没有手机的生活，感受到了阅读的重要性；重庆志愿组的同学们在面对困难时展现了极大的耐心和爱心。
袁校长强调，中国周作为融通高中部的特色传统活动，它立足于全球视野，通过文化体验、社会实践、公益服务等项目于一体，对于提升同学们的整体能力具有重要意义。他尤为注重反思环节，在他看来，同学们于社会实践中直面困难，并依靠自身智慧与力量化解难题的过程，恰是成长的关键路径与珍贵收获。
Principal Yuan Qingchen summarized by stating that the Silk Road group had rediscovered a Silk Road belonging to themselves, demonstrating determination and courage in facing challenges. The family medicine management group exhibited rigorous scientific attitudes, completed numerous questionnaires, and proposed many innovative solutions, displaying the potential of scientists. The Nanjing group experienced life without mobile phones and felt the importance of reading. The Chongqing volunteer group demonstrated great patience and love when facing difficulties. Principal Yuan emphasized that China Week, as a unique traditional activity of the International Department, was crucial for enhancing students' overall abilities. He personally valued the reflection process, believing that students' encounters with difficulties and self-solving in social practice were a form of growth and gain.

President Yuan Qingchen opened this grand event with a passionate speech. He encourages the students to bravely pursue their dreams, embrace an international perspective, and create unlimited possibilities for their future. He also mentioned that the school will fully utilize its resources, carry out personalized teaching, and provide tailored growth plans for each student.
