香港警隊首次跨境走進鯨帆——點燃青春夢想，傳承警隊精神

來訪的警員團隊隸屬於香港大埔警區警民關係組，他們長期致力於青少年防罪教育、警務宣傳及社區聯繫。帶隊的蔡映彤總督察以實例生動地闡述：警隊的使命不僅在於嚴格執法，更在於以身作則、傳承法治與紀律精神。警員們把愛國情懷融入專業執法中，通過與學子們的深入互動，讓每位同學都切身感受到守護社區、維護社會穩定對於國家安全的重要意義。

The visiting officers from Hong Kong Tai Po Police focus on youth crime prevention and community outreach. Chief Inspector Choi stressed that policing is about both enforcement and setting an example. Through discussions, the team highlighted the role of patriotism in community safety and national security.

活動伊始，我校第一書記廖根梅致詞，熱烈歡迎大埔警隊來訪，並表示此次活動的目的非常有意義，既有助於加強愛國情懷，促進粵港澳大灣區的融合發展，也對學生的法治教育與生涯規劃提供了寶貴的啟示。隨後，警隊專家在講座中詳細介紹警察職業的發展路徑、入職要求及嚴謹的專業訓練，激發同學們對這一挑戰與榮譽並存的職業濃厚興趣。在模擬面試環節，約十位同學親身體驗警隊嚴格的選拔流程，感受追求卓越與不斷超越自我的精神。整場活動貫穿愛國情懷與法治理念，激勵青年在規劃未來時，不僅懷抱夢想，更擁有實現夢想的堅定信念。

The event started with a welcome speech from Secretary Liao. Police experts shared career details, sparking students' interest. In a mock interview, ten students experienced the selection process, learning about excellence. Patriotism and the rule of law inspired them to pursue their dreams.

此外，警隊成員還與同學們分享了職業生涯規劃的關鍵要點，包括個人特質評估、職業選擇的多元性及如何培養必要的專業技能。他們鼓勵同學們勇於探索未來，無論是否選擇投身警務行業，都應秉持誠信、責任與紀律的價值觀。

The police team shared career planning tips on self-assessment, career choices, and skill development. They encouraged students to explore their future with integrity, responsibility, and discipline.

為讓學子們真切感受警員日常訓練的嚴苛與充實，現場設置了4×10米穿梭跑、掌上壓、立定跳高作為體能測試，每個項目都全面考驗著速度、耐力與爆發力。在體育老師的帶領下，鯨帆同學們全力以赴、奮勇拼搏，展現出無懈可擊的毅力與團隊精神。隨後，警員與同學們共同參與了4×100米接力賽，通過比賽，進一步體會到紀律與法治在團隊運作中的關鍵作用。

To give students a feel for police training, physical tests like shuttle runs, push-ups were set up. Led by PE teachers, Kingfan students showed great determination and teamwork. The event ended with a 4×100 meter relay, where students and officers worked together, learning the importance of discipline and the rule of law in teamwork.

本次活動也藉此機會提醒同學們，法治精神不僅體現在特定場合，更應融入日常生活。同學們應時刻保持自律，遵守校規與社會規範，避免誤入歧途。警隊代表亦強調，違法行為往往始於細微的不良習慣，培養守法意識、學會分辨是非，才能真正做到自律自強，為未來奠定堅實基礎。
