历练与成长,传承文化之光 —— 我校学子天博讲解员培训课程全员通过审核
新学期开始,我校学生在文化传承的道路上又迈出了坚实的一步。去年我校就与天津博物馆(以下简称 “天博”)相继合作开展了一系列馆校共建活动,积极探索将课堂搬到博物馆的新模式。组织学生利用课余时间和节假日,到天博担任文化志愿者,开展社会实践活动,让学生们在实践中感受文化的魅力。
刚刚过去的寒假,我校学生Evenepoel、Michelle、Emily三位同学参加了本校第 5 批次小讲解员培训。
在寒假培训过程中,同学们认真学习,积极实践,他们的表现得到了讲解员导师的一致好评。这次培训内容丰富,涵盖了博物馆的历史沿革、珍贵藏品背后的故事、讲解技巧、语言表达和形体礼仪等多个方面。通过理论与实践相结合的方式,同学们不仅学到了丰富的历史文化知识,还提高了讲解的专业性和感染力。
2 月 23 日,我校的三位同学们带着寒假的学习成果,再次来到天博,接受严格的考核。考核内容包括理论知识回顾、现场讲解展示和综合素质评估。
在之前的模拟讲解中,同学们凭借生动的讲解、丰富的知识储备和亲切的交流方式,赢得了培训导师和参观者的一致称赞,这也证明了他们寒假期间的努力得到了初步认可。而这次考核,是对他们能否正式成为博物馆学生志愿讲解员的全面检验。能够成为正式的学生志愿者讲解员,他们将用自己的声音,为参观者讲述每件展品背后的故事,让大家感受到历史文化的魅力。
经过天博的精心培训和严格考核,三位同学凭借出色的表现通过了考核。参与这次讲解员培训与考核,不仅让学生们增强了文化自信,也体现了天津法拉古特学校 “培养具有中国文化底蕴的国际化领袖及服务人才” 的教育使命。
展望未来,我们期待更多有志于文化传承的同学,通过我校搭建的馆校共建平台,加入天博讲解员队伍,共同书写法拉古特学校全人教育的新篇章。同时我校也将秉持更加开放的态度和先进的教育理念,为学生们提供更多展示自我的机会,让他们在人生的舞台上绽放出属于自己的光芒。
At the beginning of the new semester, our students have taken another solid step on the road of cultural inheritance. Last year, our school cooperated with Tianjin Museum (hereinafter referred to as "Tianbo") to carry out a series of museum-school co-construction activities, actively exploring a new model of moving classrooms to museums. Organize students to use their spare time and holidays to work as cultural volunteers in Tianbo to carry out social practice activities, so that students can experience the charm of culture in practice.
In the past winter vacation, three students from our school, Evenepoel, Michelle, and Emily, participated in the 5th batch of small instructor training in our school.
Students use winter vacation for training
During the winter vacation training, the students studied hard and practiced actively, and their performance was well received by the instructors. The training was rich in content, covering the historical evolution of the museum, the stories behind the precious collections, explanation skills, language expression and physical etiquette. Through the combination of theory and practice, the students not only learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge, but also improved the professionalism and appeal of the explanation.
On February 23rd, three students from our school came to Tianbo again with the learning results of the winter vacation to undergo a rigorous assessment. The assessment content includes theoretical knowledge review, on-site explanation and display, and comprehensive quality assessment.
In the previous simulations, the students won unanimous praise from the trainers and visitors for their vivid explanations, rich knowledge reserves and cordial communication methods, which also proved that their efforts during the winter vacation were initially recognized. This assessment is a comprehensive test of whether they can officially become museum student volunteer docents. To become official student volunteer docents, they will use their own voices to tell visitors the stories behind each exhibit, so that everyone can feel the charm of history and culture.
After careful training and rigorous assessment by Tianbo, the three students passed the assessment with outstanding performance. Participating in this instructor training and assessment not only enhanced the students' cultural self-confidence, but also reflected the educational mission of Tianjin Farragut School to "cultivate international leaders and service talents with Chinese cultural heritage".

Looking to the future, we expect more students who are interested in cultural inheritance to join the team of Tianbo docents through the museum-school co-construction platform established by our school to write a new chapter of holistic education at Farragut School. At the same time, our school will also uphold a more open attitude and advanced educational concepts, providing students with more opportunities to show themselves, so that they can bloom on the stage of life.
