3月3日上午,天津法拉古特学校与天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所共建的人工智能与复杂系统实验室正式揭牌启用。这一开创性的合作是天津法拉古特学校在人工智能教育领域迈出的坚实一步,标志着我校在人工智能教育、科研创新及人才培养方面迈入新阶段。从此,同学们将有机会接触到最前沿的科技知识,并获得宝贵的实践机会。

天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所是科研创新的重要阵地,在人工智能领域拥有深厚的学术底蕴和卓越的科研实力。研究所拥有一支由高忠科教授等知名学者领衔的高素质科研队伍。高忠科,天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院教授、博士生导师,天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所所长,IET Fellow,国家级人才,天津市杰出青年科学基金获得者,全球高被引科学家,中国高被引学者,天津市中青年科技创新领军人才,入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(斯坦福大学和Elsevier联合发布),获2021年首届强国青年科学家提名(全国40人)。主要研究方向为新型传感器技术、机器人与智能系统、脑机接口与混合智能等,已发表SCI检索论文190余篇;在德国Springer出版社出版英文学术专著一部;第一发明人中国发明专利167项,10项已转化。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级、省部级、企业合作项目20余项。2次获得英国皇家物理学会(IOP)高被引中国作者奖,入选“全球顶尖前10万科学家”榜单。成果被央视、人民网、央广网、中国日报、中国青年报等多家媒体报道。担任国家核电核岛装备产业计量测试联盟副理事长,天津市系统科学与工业控制学会副理事长,担任三个国际SCI期刊编委/副主编。

出席此次揭牌仪式的有天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所的高忠科教授及科研团队。高教授作为科研领域的领军人物,在人工智能与网络科学领域的深厚造诣和丰硕成果备受业界瞩目。天津法拉古特学校联合创始人周熹老师、法耀集团副总裁高乃思老师、执行校长高越老师、行政校长周蔚老师。

仪式开始,法拉古特招办主任左子龙老师作为主持人,首先对到场嘉宾表示了热烈欢迎和诚挚感谢,随后详细介绍了此次合作的背景与意义。他强调,天津法拉古特学校与天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所的合作,是教育与科研的深度融合,将为学生提供更加优质的教育资源和广阔的发展空间。

随后,高忠科教授发表讲话。他表示:“非常高兴能有机会与天津法拉古特学校共同成立人工智能的复杂系统实验室。法拉古特是天津非常优秀的国际学校,在天津地区,是世界顶级大学的优质生源校,顶尖大学录取率颇高。因此,我们很荣幸能够将人工智能与复杂系统以及脑科学的一些前沿理论、知识技术引入高中校园,与同学们分享。实验室的成立是构建一个交叉学科平台,涉及物理学、计算机科学、生物学等知识,可在此平台上进行交叉融合创新。希望通过这个实验室,让同学们尽早全面了解国际前沿知识,为同学们后续发展提供更好的支撑与动力。”

随后,高教授的科研团队在现场邀请了一位同学,为其佩戴上先进的脑机接口设备,并通过大屏幕向同学们展示大脑信号波动图形,经解码后可解读大脑电波信号变化。高教授首先强调了脑电研究在神经科学领域的重要性,指出脑电信号作为大脑活动的直接体现,对于揭示大脑工作机制、推动神经科学发展具有不可替代的作用。他详细介绍了脑电信号的波形特征,以及这些波形如何反映大脑在不同状态下的活动模式,为同学们呈现了一幅生动的大脑活动画卷。

高教授分享了全球多国在脑计划方面的最新进展,强调了跨学科合作在推动脑科学研究中的关键作用。他特别提到了计算机科学、生物学与人工智能等领域的融合,为脑科学带来了新的突破和机遇。

This pioneering cooperation is a solid step for Tianjin Farragut School in the field of artificial intelligence education, marking a new stage for our school in artificial intelligence education, scientific research innovation and talent training. The Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Network Science of Tianjin University is an important base for scientific research and innovation, and has a deep academic background and outstanding scientific research strength in the field of artificial intelligence. The institute has a high-quality scientific research team led by well-known scholars such as Professor Gao Zhongke. Gao Zhongke, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Electrical Automation and Information Engineering of Tianjin University, director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Network Science of Tianjin University, IET Fellow, national talent, recipient of Tianjin Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, a global high-cited scientist, a Chinese high-cited scholar, and a leading talent in the young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation in Tianjin, was included in the list of the top 2% of the world's top scientists (co-released by Stanford University and Elsevier), and was nominated for the first strong country young scientist in 2021 (40 people nationwide). Professor Gao shared the latest progress of the global multi-country brain project, emphasizing the key role of interdisciplinary collaboration in promoting brain science research. He particularly mentioned the integration of computer science, biology and artificial intelligence, which has brought new breakthroughs and opportunities for brain science.
