岁月如歌，感恩遇见——OCIS举办余秀林校长荣休欢送会

莫道桑榆晚，为霞尚满天。近日，东方剑桥国际学校为即将荣休的余秀林校长举行了一场温馨而隆重的欢送会。校园里洋溢着浓浓的不舍与祝福，全校师生泪目相送，不舍这位充满智慧和爱心的校长。

"Though the mulberry and elm trees age, their leaves still glow with the sunset's hues." Recently, Oriental Cambridge International School (OCIS) held a warm and grand farewell ceremony for Principal Yu Xiulin, who is about to retire. The campus was filled with deep emotions and blessings, as teachers and students bid tearful farewells to this wise and compassionate principal.

欢送会上，Robert Erwin校长深情回顾了余校长在OCIS六年来的点点滴滴。六年间，余秀林总校长以卓越的领导力和教育情怀，带领学校不断攀登新的高峰。他始终秉持"以学生为中心"的教育理念，为学校的发展倾注了全部心血，赢得了全体师生的尊敬和爱戴。

At the farewell ceremony, the International Principal, Robert Erwin, fondly recalled the moments Principal Yu had shared with OCIS over the past six years. During this time, Head of School Mrs Yu, with her exceptional leadership and educational passion, led the school to new heights. She consistently adhered to the student-centered educational philosophy, dedicating all her efforts to the school's development and earning the respect and affection of the entire school community.

老师们手捧鲜花，学生们精心准备了礼物和卡片，将最真挚的祝福送给这位可亲可敬的校长。字里行间，写满了对余校长的感激与不舍。

Teachers held bouquets of flowers, while students carefully prepared gifts and cards, offering their sincerest blessings to this beloved principal. Every word written was filled with gratitude and reluctance to see her go.

余校长也为所有师生送上祝福。她表示，从事教育职业50年来，任职的每所学校都留下了美好的回忆，但是，OCIS是印象最为深刻的。今天全体师生齐聚一堂为她送别，是为她的教育生涯画上了圆满的句号，也是最为珍贵的礼物。

Principal Yu also conveyed her blessings to all the teachers and students. She expressed that over her 50-year career in education, every school she served had left her with beautiful memories, but OCIS held the most profound impression. Today, as the entire school gathered to bid her farewell, it marked a perfect conclusion to her educational career and was the most precious gift she could receive.

她回忆起来到OCIS的第一次见面会，一个个稚嫩的面孔现今已经长大，就像OCIS一般，从初生的孩童逐渐成长、壮大。一路走来，这六年里倾注了无数人的心血，感谢所有老师、家长的付出与支持，也特别感谢Robert校长的协同合作。她表示与OCIS相遇是一种缘分，虽然自己退休了，但依然是东方剑桥的一员，今后也会继续关心、关注和祝福OCIS越来越好。

She reminisced about her first meeting at OCIS, where the once youthful faces had now grown up, much like OCIS itself, which had matured and expanded from its infancy. Over the past six years, countless efforts had been poured into the school's journey, and she thanked all the teachers and parents for their dedication and support, with special thanks to Principal Robert for his collaborative efforts. She expressed that meeting OCIS was a fateful encounter, and although she was retiring, she would always remain a part of Oriental Cambridge, continuing to care for, follow, and wish for OCIS's ongoing success.

最后的告别时刻，师生们与余校长深情拥抱，依依惜别。这一刻，时间仿佛静止，所有的情感都凝聚在这个温暖的拥抱里。余校长眼含热泪，深情地说道："感谢大家，我永远爱你们！"

At the final moment of farewell, teachers and students shared heartfelt hugs with Principal Yu, reluctant to part. In that moment, time seemed to stand still, with all emotions condensed into that warm embrace. With tears in her eyes, Principal Yu said deeply, "Thank you all, I will always love you!"
