Join us bright and early at 9:00 AM for an exciting start to our Open Day! When you and your family step into our warm and welcoming reception and lobby area, our friendly admissions team and Secondary teachers will greet you with smiling faces. Take this opportunity to engage in friendly banter, ask any questions you may have, and get to know our team.
9:30-11:30 (for Students)
We have two exciting taster lessons lined up with our talented Secondary teachers, Ms Stevens and Mr Reveley. Our teachers will guide them to their classrooms promptly at 9:40 AM for two engaging taster lessons. These lessons will give you a taste of what it's like to be a student at LEH Foshan.
Ms Stevens is the Head of the English Department and a proven educator who helps students exceed their target grades. Prior to joining LEH Foshan, she taught English at a leading British school in China, covering CIE A Level literature, IGCSE courses, and IELTS, with her students consistently achieving A or A* grades. She also specialises in exam preparation and university applications. Ms Stevens holds a BA in English Literature from University College London and an IPGCE in Teaching from the University of Nottingham.
Mr Reveley is a seasoned educator with over 25 years’ experience in the UK and Thailand. Prior to joining LEH Foshan, he was the Assistant Head for Whole School Data & Systems at Regent’s International School Bangkok and held key roles at The Kingsway School in Stockport. He has also volunteered in Kenya, delivering teacher training and supporting educational projects. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Plymouth, a PGCE in Geography & Games from Manchester Metropolitan University, and has completed leadership training with the National College for School Leadership and the Specialist Schools & Academies Trust.
For parents, your day will officially start with the school information session hosted by our Headteacher Mrs Jane Arden, a well-experienced educator and school leader with nearly 30 years of experience. These sessions will be informative and engaging, providing you with a deeper understanding of our school's ethos, curriculum, academic approach and school life. You'll also have the chance to ask questions and get to know our Headteacher, who will be on hand to share insights and answer any queries you may have.
11:00-11:30 (for Parents)
After the information session, you'll have the chance to take a tour of our award-winning campus and see our world-class facilities. Our classrooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology to facilitate a dynamic, engaging and safe learning experience. We take pride in providing an environment that is conducive to learning and development, and we believe that the best way to experience this is by seeing it in action.
During the tour, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with an in-depth understanding of how our facilities cater to the needs of our students, and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to thrive in.
13:00 – 17:00 (registered only)
