清华教育领导力国际研修班走进鲸帆——深度对话DSE教育，共绘湾区育人新篇

2025年4月18日，清华大学教育领导力国际研修班一行走进深圳市鲸帆港人子弟学校，展开了一场富有深度与温度的教育交流盛会。本次活动由鲸帆担任东道主，创校人李莉女士全程统筹协调，展现了学校高效的组织力与开放的教育格局。

On April 18, 2025, the Tsinghua University Education Leadership Training Program visited Shenzhen Kingfan Hong Kong Children School for an engaging educational exchange. The event was hosted by Kingfan, with founder Ms. Li Li coordinating, highlighting the school's strong organization and open educational approach.

研修班成员涵盖清华校友及全国多地学校校长、教育专家，围绕DSE课程体系的构建理念、育人路径及未来发展展开了深入研讨。鲸帆以稳健扎实的DSE教学实践、先进的人才培养体系以及高水平的教育成果，赢得了在场嘉宾的高度认可。

The training program included Tsinghua alumni, school principals, and education experts who discussed the DSE curriculum and its future. Kingfan’s solid teaching practices and strong educational results received high praise.

在课程与教学成果介绍环节，创校人李莉女士亲自带领嘉宾走进课堂，通过课程讲解、学生作品展示与校园参观，让清华教育同仁沉浸式感受鲸帆的教学理念与育人模式。

During the session on curriculum and teaching, founder Ms. Li Li led the guests through classrooms, student work, and campus tours, giving Tsinghua colleagues a hands-on experience of Kingfan's teaching approach.

此次活动的一大亮点，是张永明博士为大家带来的重磅专题讲座——《香港DSE课程体系的理念与发展》。张博士曾任香港教育大学教务长及香港考试及评核局秘书长，是DSE课程体系的重要参与者与见证者。

A highlight of the event was Dr. Cheung's lecture on the Hong Kong DSE curriculum. He played a key role in its development and has held leadership positions at the Education University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority.

在分享中，张博士结合多年政策制定与实操经验，从DSE课程设置逻辑、评核机制、育人方向等维度进行系统讲解，为与会者厘清了“为什么学DSE、如何教好DSE、怎样建设支撑体系”等关键问题。

Dr. Cheung shared his experience on the DSE curriculum, assessment, and teaching methods, answering key questions like "Why study DSE?" and "How to teach it well?".

更值得关注的是，张博士是鲸帆的教育及管理顾问之一。自创校以来，他始终深度参与学校的课程体系构建与教师培训支持，鲸帆的DSE课程之所以在短时间内快速形成体系，并取得阶段性成果，离不开张博士的专业支撑。这也充分展示了鲸帆整合顶尖资源、打造专家智库的深厚能力。

Dr. Cheung, as a consultant for education and management at Kingfan, has played a key role in developing the DSE curriculum and supporting teacher training. His expertise helped Kingfan quickly establish its DSE system and achieve success.

清华教育领导力国际研修项目作为面向全国教育管理者的重要平台，旨在推动理念共建、资源共享、实践共学。此次走进鲸帆，是一次教育思想的交融、一场实践智慧的双向奔赴。

The Tsinghua Education Leadership Program brings school leaders together to share ideas and learn from each other. The visit to Kingfan was a two-way exchange of vision and practice.

At the roundtable, Tsinghua alumni principals discussed how to shape future education in the Greater Bay Area. Our principal also shared Kingfan’s DSE journey and answered questions about cross-regional talent and localizing international programs.
