共探科技教育新篇 | 和平区青少年科技教育协会领导到访我校

4 月 22 日,天津市和平区青少年科技教育协会会长董继超、副会长唐亮、和平区政协原副主席、和平区青少年科技教育协会荣誉会长张素华一行专程来到天津法拉古特学校,就青少年科普教育工作对我校进行深入调研并指导工作。此次调研旨在进一步了解法拉古特学校在科学教育方面的现状与挑战,共同探讨提高学生科学教育质量的途径。天津法拉古特创始人杨晓柯老师、法耀教育副总裁高乃思老师、行政校长周蔚老师、科学组元英凯老师等相关教师团队迎接此次指导,并进行了深入的座谈交流。

首先聚焦学校与天津大学共建的脑机接口与混合智能实验室及思楷生物联合实验室,旨在展示科技育人的创新成果,推动区域青少年科技教育高质量发展。

在脑机接口实验室,杨晓柯校长详细介绍了与天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所的深度合作。实验室依托天津大学高忠科教授团队的科研资源,聚焦脑机接口,配备 64 通道脑电采集系统、智能康复机器人等尖端设备。学生可通过 “脑控机械臂”“神经信号解码” 等项目,参与研究科研课题。他强调:“实验室不仅是技术探索的平台,更通过跨学科融合培养学生的科学思维与工程实践能力。”


随后,一行来到思楷生物联合实验室,作为天津高中阶段唯一的分子实验室,学生可在此开展基因测序、微生物培养等课题研究。拥有基因编辑、细胞培养等专业设备,支持 iGEM 国际基因工程机器大赛等赛事。



参观过程中,杨晓柯老师结合学校 “科技 + 人文” 的育人理念,阐释了实验室建设的深层意义:“我们希望打破传统课堂边界,让学生在真实科研场景中培养创新精神。 他特别提到,学校通过 ‘科技社团 + 竞赛孵化 + 产学研转化’ 的全链条培养模式,已累计培养众多学子进入帝国理工等顶尖学府深造。“

随后,天津法拉古特创始人杨晓柯老师带领相关老师与天津市和平区青少年科技教育协会会长董继超、副会长唐亮、和平区政协原副主席、和平区青少年科技教育协会荣誉会长张素华在会议室围绕国际教育与科技人才培养等议题展开深入交流。

杨晓柯老师展示了学校多元教育生态,除传统学术路径,还开设两年制艺术班和中外合作办学班。与北京外国语大学合作的 CHP 项目为学生提供了一种性价比较高的留学通道。学校在人才培养上成果斐然,学生团队在奥的斯全球创新挑战赛斩获全国一等奖。


即将成立的“牛剑藤中心” 将助力学生冲击牛津、剑桥等顶尖学府,在教学资源方面,学校实行中外教联合教研,定期邀请剑桥、斯坦福等名校教授举办工作坊,小班化教学确保师生一对一沟通。

法拉古特学校计划于 7 月中旬至下旬举办 AI 主题夏令营,届时将邀请顶尖大学教授授课,面向其他学校学生开放,旨在激发学生对前沿科技的兴趣。学校还希望借助协会力量,搭建更多科技创新平台,通过科普日等公益活动实现资源共享,扩大教育影响力。


最后双方对教育改革进行深刻探讨,针对在原创理论和技术创新方面存在不足,需重视创新型人才培养;教师的创新思维是引导学生的关键,打破政策条框限制,推动教育资源灵活整合。此次座谈为双方合作奠定坚实基础,未来将通过多方协作,把优质教育资源辐射至更广泛群体,推动天津乃至全国的教育创新与发展,为培养兼具国际视野与创新能力的人才注入新动力。



On April 22, Dong Jichao, president of the Youth Science and Technology Education Association of Heping District, Tianjin, Tang Liang, vice president, and Zhang Suhua, former vice chairman of the Heping District Political Consultative Conference and honorary president of the Youth Science and Technology Education Association of Heping District, came to Tianjin Farragut School to conduct in-depth research and provide guidance on youth science popularization education. This research aims to further understand the current situation and challenges of Farragut School in science education and jointly explore ways to improve the quality of students' science education. Teacher Yang Xiaoke, the founder of Tianjin Farragut, Teacher Gao Naisi, vice president of Fayao Group, Teacher Zhou Wei, administrative principal, and Teacher Yuan Yingkai of the science group and other relevant teacher teams greeted this guidance and had in-depth discussions and exchanges.

First, focus on the brain-computer interface and hybrid intelligence laboratory jointly built by the school and Tianjin University and the joint laboratory of Sikai Biology, aiming to show the innovative achievements of cultivating people with science and technology and promoting the high-quality development of youth science and technology education in the region.

In the brain-computer interface laboratory, Principal Yang Xiaoke elaborated on the in-depth cooperation with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Network Science of Tianjin University. The laboratory relies on the scientific research resources of Professor Gao Zhongke's team of Tianjin University, focuses on brain-computer interfaces, and is equipped with cutting-edge equipment such as a 64-channel electroencephalogram acquisition system and intelligent rehabilitation robots. Students can participate in research topics through projects such as "brain-controlled robotic arms" and "neural signal decoding". He emphasized: "The laboratory is not only a platform for technological exploration but also cultivates students' scientific thinking and engineering practice abilities through interdisciplinary integration."



Subsequently, Yi Hang came to the Sikai Biology Joint Laboratory. As the only molecular laboratory in the high school stage in Tianjin, students can conduct research on topics such as gene sequencing and microbial culture here. It has professional equipment such as gene editing and cell culture, and supports competitions such as the iGEM International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition.



During the visit, Teacher Yang Xiaoke combined the school's educational concept of "technology + humanities" and explained the profound significance of laboratory construction: "We hope to break the boundaries of traditional classrooms and let students cultivate an innovative spirit in real scientific research scenarios." He particularly mentioned that through the whole-chain training model of "technology clubs + competition incubation + industry-university-research transformation", the school has cultivated many students who have entered top universities such as Imperial College for further study.

Later, Yang Xiaoke, the founder of Farragut School Tianjin, led relevant teachers to have in-depth exchanges on topics such as international education and the cultivation of scientific and technological talents with Dong Jichao, chairman of the Tianjin Heping District Youth Science and Technology Education Association, Tang Liang, vice chairman, and Zhang Suhua, vice chairman of the Tianjin Heping District Political Consultative Conference and honorary chairman of the Tianjin Heping District Youth Science and Technology Education Association in the conference room.

In addition to traditional academic paths, two-year art classes and Chinese-foreign cooperative education classes are also offered. Teachers' innovative thinking is the key to guiding students. Break the restrictions of policy regulations and promote the flexible integration of educational resources. This discussion has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between the two sides. In the future, through multi-party cooperation, high-quality educational resources will be radiated to a wider group, promoting educational innovation and development in Tianjin and even the whole country, and injecting new impetus into cultivating talents with international vision and innovative ability.
