共探科技创新人才培养新路径



4月24日,澳门创新发明协会会长黎栢强、澳门国际发明展国际评委王万江、澳门国际点子创新发明孵化协会理事长郭川一行莅临我校参观指导。天津法拉古特学校创始人杨晓柯老师、联合创始人周熹老师、法耀教育副总裁高乃思老师、行政校长周蔚老师等相关教师团队共同接待了代表团一行。在随后的座谈会上,双方围绕国际化办学、科技创新教育及人才培养等方面进行了富有成效的交流与探讨。



01

参观纪实:

见证科教融合实践成果


澳门创新发明协会代表团重点考察了我校思楷生物联合实验室和脑机接口实验室两大科研实践平台。在思楷生物联合实验室参访环节,代表团专家们深入了解了实验室的运行机制。作为目前天津地区高中阶段唯一的分子生物学实验室,平台以专业化的基因编辑系统和细胞培养设备为基础,构建了完整的分子生物学实验教学体系。



在这里,学生们不仅能够系统学习基因测序、微生物培养等实验技术,更通过参与iGEM国际基因工程机器大赛等顶尖赛事,将理论知识转化为科研实践成果,近年来已培育出多个获奖团队。



随后,代表团深入参观了我校与天津大学联合设立的脑机接口实验室,这一前沿科研平台充分展现了我校在科技创新教育方面的特色优势。


实验室依托天津大学人工智能与网络科学研究所的科研资源,配备64通道脑电采集系统、智能康复机器人等先进设备。学生可通过“脑控机械臂”“神经信号解码”等实践项目参与前沿课题研究。



在参观过程中,双方就实验室建设理念展开交流,强调要打破传统课堂边界,让学生在真实科研场景中培养创新精神。



此外,代表团还参观了我校荣誉墙、艺术教室等特色空间,深入了解学校在科技创新与艺术教育方面的育人成果。

深入座谈:

共话创新教育发展


座谈会上,双方围绕国际化办学、科技人才培养等议题进行深入探讨。周熹老师详细介绍了我校“致力于让每位学生、家长和教师都充满成就感和幸福感”的愿景,展示了由70%海归教师组成的国际化师资团队、AP与A-Level并行的多元课程体系、连续两年斩获藤校录取的骄人成绩等等,彰显了我校的办学特色。



澳门创新发明协会会长黎栢强则分享了组织国际创新赛事和培养学生创新成果的经验,探讨了澳门特区政府及教育机构在推动学生参与国际赛事中的作用,以及这些经历对学生发展的影响,并重点分析了创新成果转化路径和线上交流的重要性。



双方在交流中碰撞出许多智慧火花,就创新人才培养达成多项共识。黎栢强会长表示:“这次参观访问让我们看到了内地国际化教育的蓬勃发展,很多创新做法值得澳门教育界借鉴。”

展望未来:

深化教育交流合作


此次交流不仅深化了津澳两地的教育合作,更让我们看到:在全球化时代,教育创新需要打破地域界限,汇聚各方智慧。双方一致同意,未来将在国际赛事参与、创新项目孵化、师生交流等方面开展深度合作,共同探索拔尖创新人才培养的新模式,为推动教育高质量发展作出积极贡献。



未来,我校将继续秉持开放包容的态度,与海内外教育同仁携手,共同探索面向未来的教育新模式,为培养具有国际视野的创新人才贡献力量。

Delegation of Macau Innovation and Invention Association visited our university to explore the new path of cultivating science, technology and innovation talents.




On April 24th, a delegation of Macau Innovation and Invention Association President Lai Pak Keong, Macau International Invention Exhibition International Jury member Wang Wan Jiang, and Macau International Idea Innovation and Invention Incubation Association Chairman Guo Chuan visited our school. The delegation was received by Mr. Yang Xiao Ke, Founder of Tianjin Farragut School, Mr. Zhou Xi, Co-Founder of Tianjin Farragut School, Ms. Gao Naisi, Vice President of Farglory Education, Ms. Zhou Wei, Executive Principal, and other related faculty members. During the subsequent seminar, the two sides had fruitful exchanges and discussions on internationalized school running, science and technology innovation education and talent cultivation.

01.Visiting Facts: Witnessing the Results of Science and Education Integration Practices


The delegation of Macau Innovation and Invention Association (MIIA) focused on two major research and practice platforms, namely, Cascade Biological Laboratory and Brain-Computer Interface Laboratory of the University. During the visit to the Sikai Biology Joint Laboratory, the experts of the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the operation mechanism of the laboratory. As the only molecular biology laboratory at high school level in Tianjin, the platform has built a complete molecular biology experimental teaching system based on specialized gene editing system and cell culture equipment.



Here, students are not only able to systematically learn experimental techniques such as gene sequencing and microbial cultivation, but also transform theoretical knowledge into practical scientific research results by participating in top competitions such as the iGEM International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, which has fostered a number of award-winning teams in recent years.



Afterwards, the delegation paid an in-depth visit to the Brain-Computer Interface Laboratory jointly set up by the university and Tianjin University, a cutting-edge scientific research platform that fully demonstrates the university's characteristic advantages in science and technology innovation education.


Relying on the scientific research resources of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Network Science of Tianjin University, the laboratory is equipped with 64-channel EEG acquisition system, intelligent rehabilitation robot and other advanced equipment. Students can participate in cutting-edge research through practical projects such as “brain-controlled robotic arm” and “neural signal decoding”.



During the visit, the two sides exchanged ideas on laboratory construction, emphasizing the need to break the boundaries of the traditional classroom and allow students to cultivate the spirit of innovation in real scientific research scenarios.



In addition, the delegation also visited our school's Wall of Honor, art classrooms and other special spaces to gain a deeper understanding of the school's achievements in nurturing people in science, technology, innovation and art education.

02.In-depth Symposium: Talking about Innovative Educational Development


During the symposium, both sides had an in-depth discussion on the topics of internationalized school running and cultivation of scientific and technological talents. Mr. Zhou Xi introduced in detail the vision of our school, “Dedicated to making every student, parent and teacher full of achievement and happiness”, and showed the internationalized teacher team composed of 70% of returnee teachers, the diversified curriculum system of AP and A-Level, and the impressive results of getting admissions from Vineyard schools for two consecutive years, which highlighted the characteristics of our school. The school's schooling characteristics were demonstrated.



On the other hand, Li Bai Qiang, President of the Macau Association of Innovation and Invention, shared his experience in organizing international innovation events and fostering students' innovation achievements. He discussed the roles of the Macao SAR Government and educational institutions in promoting students' participation in international events and the impact of these experiences on students' development, and focused on analyzing the paths of transforming the innovation achievements and the importance of online exchanges.



Many sparks of wisdom collided between the two sides during the exchanges, and a number of consensus was reached on the cultivation of innovative talents. President Lai Pak Keung said, “This visit has enabled us to see the vigorous development of internationalized education in the Mainland, and many innovative practices are worthwhile for the Macao education sector to learn from.”

03.Looking ahead: Deepening educational exchanges and cooperation


This exchange not only deepened the educational cooperation between Tianjin and Macao, but also showed us that in the era of globalization, educational innovation needs to break the geographical boundaries and bring together the wisdom of all parties. Both sides agreed to carry out in-depth cooperation in the future in the areas of participation in international events, incubation of innovative projects, and exchange of teachers and students, to jointly explore new modes of cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, and to make positive contributions to the promotion of high-quality development of education.



In the future, our university will continue to uphold an open and inclusive attitude, and join hands with education colleagues at home and abroad to explore a new model of future-oriented education, and contribute to the cultivation of innovative talents with an international outlook.
