          最生动的世界地理课

上周，东方剑桥国际学校的校园化身为一座微缩地球仪。每天早晨，外教们轮番登上讲台，用乡音与故事为师生展开一幅幅异国画卷——第一舰队何时抵达澳大利亚？瑞典人如何赢得了战争？南非为什么被称为“彩虹之国”？菲律宾最大的岛屿吕宋岛上粼粼波光；对现代电气工程和电力系统产生深远影响的塞尔维裔发明家——特斯拉……每日的文化晨会，成为最生动的世界文化研究。  

Last week, OCIS transformed into a miniature globe. Each morning, foreign teachers took turns on stage, unfolding fascinating stories of their homelands—When did the First Fleet arrive in Australia? How did the Swedes win the war? Why is South Africa called the "Rainbow Nation"? The sparkling waters surrounding Luzon, the largest island of the Philippines; Nikola Tesla, the Serbian-American inventor who revolutionized electrical engineering... These daily cultural assemblies became the most engaging research on world culture.

             世界美食工坊

            当课堂走进餐厅

午餐时分，餐厅变身世界美食工坊。澳大利亚、意大利、墨西哥、法国、德国、英格兰、美国、中国、泰国、印度等十国特色美食摆满餐桌，从意大利面到墨西哥塔可，从德国香肠到泰国春卷，从美国热狗到英国格炸鱼薯条。孩子们在品尝中感知世界的宽广，“美食是世界的通用语言”，孩子们在烟火气中读懂这句话的真谛。

At lunchtime, the cafeteria turned into an international food bazaar. Ten countries' cuisines—from Australia, Italy, Mexico, France, Germany, England, America, China, Thailand to India—filled the tables. From Italian pasta to Mexican tacos, German sausages to Thai spring rolls, American hot dogs to British fish and chips. Students experienced the world's diversity through taste. "Food is the universal language of mankind"—this truth became vividly clear amid the aromas and flavors.

      商业思维与公益之心的碰撞

下午的春日市集更是热闹非凡。全校师生自主分成30个小组，设计和经营义卖展位。从文具用品到手工艺品，从手作饮品到韩式炒年糕，每个摊位都是商业实践的微缩实验室。充满多元文化特色的游戏区更是人声鼎沸，师生、家长踊跃参与，欢笑声，加油声此起彼伏。更值得一提的是，同学们将把利润捐赠给公益事业，让更多的爱陪伴更多的孩子成长。  

The afternoon Spring Bazaar buzzed with excitement. Students and teachers formed 30 teams to design and operate charity stalls. From stationery to handicrafts, handmade drinks to Korean tteokbokki, each booth became a mini business lab. The multicultural game zone was particularly lively, with enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and parents, filled with laughter and cheers. Most meaningfully, all proceeds will be donated to charitable causes, spreading love to more children in need.
