珍爱生命，预防溺水

As the weather gradually gets warmer, the risk of student drowning incidents increases dramatically, making drowning prevention safety education a critical concern for teachers, students, and parents alike. To enhance students’ safety awareness, improve their self-protection and rescue skills, and further strengthen our school’s drowning prevention education and publicity efforts, on April 29, 2025, our school, in collaboration with Dongguan Red Cross Society, conducted a drowning prevention experience activity on campus. This event adopted a “theory + practice” approach, with participation from our 4th to 9th-grade teachers and students.

随着天气逐渐转热，学生溺水事故进入易发、高发期，防溺水安全教育也成为师生和家长们关注的焦点。为增强学生的安全防范意识，提高学生的自护自救能力，进一步做好我校防范学生溺水宣教工作，2025年4月29日，东莞暨大港澳子弟学校联合东莞市红十字会开展了防溺水体验式进校园活动。本次活动采取“理论+实践”的形式进行，我校四至九年级师生参加了本次活动。

At the outset, instructors from the Red Cross Society presented realistic drowning scenarios based on actual cases. Through theoretical explanations, on-site simulations, and operational demonstrations, they analysed common causes of drowning incidents and taught effective self-rescue and mutual aid techniques.

活动伊始，来自红十字会的讲解员首先结合溺水真实案例编排场景，通过理论讲解、现场模拟、操作示范等体验式教学，分析了溺水事故发生的常见原因，讲授了自救互救的方式方法。

“I promise: I won’t go into the water without permission, I won’t show off my strength or take risks, and I’ll deal with dangerous situations calmly......” Under the guidance of instructors from the Red Cross Society, the students present raised their right fists and solemnly took the oath. The resounding oaths resounded throughout the campus, and the “six nos” principle for preventing drowning was deeply engraved in the hearts of each student.

“我承诺：不私自下水，不逞强冒险，遇险情冷静应对……”在红十字会工作人员的带领下，在场学生高举右拳，庄严宣誓。铿锵誓言响彻校园，防溺水“六不”原则深深烙印在每位学生心中。

Subsequently, thirty students from both the primary and junior high divs participated in the water experience and practical operation under the guidance of instructors from the Red Cross Society. On the spot, by simulating the scene of a drowning accident, students were taught in an immersive way to practice the methods with four key words “Shout, Strike, Stretch, Throw”. Students also learned proper self-rescue methods such as the jellyfish float and starfish float, along with techniques to create simple flotation devices from school uniforms and backpacks.

随后，小学和初中共30名学生在红十字会工作人员的带领下，进行了下水体验与实操。现场通过模拟溺水事故发生时的情景，沉浸式教授学生应用“叫”“打”“伸”“抛”的四字口诀。工作人员还指导学生正确运用自救方法，如水母漂、大字漂等，用校服、书包制作简易浮具等。

This drowning prevention experience activity on campus enabled students to have a hands-on experience and learn the relevant knowledge and skills of drowning prevention more intuitively. It further enhanced students’ safety awareness of drowning prevention and improved their emergency rescue capabilities, safeguarding the safety and health of students.

本次防溺水体验式进校园活动，让同学们亲身体验、更直观地学习了防溺水的相关知识和技能，进一步提高了同学们防溺水安全意识，增强了其应急救护能力，为同学们的安全健康保驾护航。
