In contrast, IB, AP, and A-Level examination results are standardised external assessments administered by organisations such as the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), the College Board, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), or Pearson Edexcel.

而IB/AP/AL大考成绩为全球统一的外部考试成绩，由外部的考试局组织，如IBO、College Board、剑桥CAIE或爱德思考试局。

Universities in Commonwealth countries (such as the United Kingdom and Australia) often place significant emphasis on external examination results. Their offers are typically conditional, requiring students to achieve specific score thresholds in order to secure admission. In the U.S., many universities (with some exceptions, such as UCLA) do not treat external exam results as a central factor for admissions decisions. 2. Submit required test scores:

• Language test scores: Submit IELTS or TOEFL results to the university promptly.

• Academic results: Submit IB or A-Level scores. A-Level results can be sent directly through the exam board's system. If you miss the submission deadline, you will need to provide an official electronic transcript in October.

3. Prepare for enrolment: Once you receive a full offer, pay the tuition fees to obtain your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). Use the COE to apply for a student visa. It is recommended to start preparing visa documents at least four months in advance.
