愿你成为终身阅读者——东方剑桥国际学校图书漂流活动精彩回顾

5月的阳光温柔地洒在校园里，OCIS1-8年级的同学们迎来了一场别开生面的图书漂流活动。在图书馆课程秀丽老师的精心组织下，孩子们带着心爱的闲置书籍来到学校，今年收到的书有600多本，三年来，交换的图书数量逐年递增，让这些曾经陪伴过自己的故事，开启新的旅程。

In the gentle May sunshine, students from Grades 1 to 8 at OCIS welcomed a unique book exchange event. Organized by the school's librarian, Ms. Xiuli, the children brought their beloved pre-loved books to school, more than 600 books were received this year. Over the past three years, the number of exchanged books has increased year by year.allowing these once-cherished stories to embark on new journeys.   

一本本图书像小小的漂流瓶，从一个小主人传递到另一个小主人手中。老师们也在一旁引导孩子们思考："每本书都承载着不同的智慧，分享阅读就是分享世界的多样性。"  

Like tiny message bottles adrift at sea, each book passed from one young owner to another. Teachers guided the children to reflect: "Every book carries unique wisdom, and sharing stories means sharing the diversity of our world."   

作为国际学校特色课程的重要组成部分，图书馆课程始终致力于培养终身阅读者。当孩子们兴奋地讨论新获得的《昆虫记》或《小王子》时，我们看到的不仅是书籍的交换，更是阅读热情的交融。  

As an integral part of OCIS's specialized curriculum, the library program is dedicated to nurturing lifelong readers. As the children eagerly discussed their newly acquired copies of *The Insect World* or *The Little Prince*, what we witnessed was not merely an exchange of books, but a meeting of passionate young minds.  

"读过的书会遗忘，但阅读时的心灵震颤永远留存。"愿这场图书漂流活动，在孩子们心中播下更多阅读的种子，让书香伴随他们成长的每一天。  

"Books we've read may be forgotten, but the wonder they inspire remains forever." May this book exchange activity plant more seeds of reading in our children's hearts, allowing the fragrance of literature to accompany them every step of their growth journey.
