525全国心理健康日


In this hopeful and empowering month of May, the Student Support Centre launched the "Nurturing Minds, Thriving Together" mental health theme activities in celebration of 525 National Mental Health Day. Through a series of interactive and engaging activities, we invited our entire school community—students and teachers alike—to explore the power of self-care, build emotional resilience, and co-create a shared vision for mental well-being.


在这个充满希望与力量的五月,学生支持中心以"525全国心理健康日"为契机,面向全体师生开展了“五育润心· 阳光成长”心理健康主题系列活动,希望通过多样化的互动体验,共同探索自我关爱的真谛,共同绘制属于我们的心灵健康蓝图。


Ⅰ.Faculty Mental Health Workshop

    全体教职工心理健康知识培训



On 16 May, the mental health teacher of our school gave a lecture on "Identification and Handling of Psychological Crisis" for all faculty and staff. Comprehensive guidance and practical exercises were provided from the perspective of effective identification of psychological crisis and coping methods of psychological crisis intervention. Through learning, faculty and staff learned how to detect students' psychological crisis signals through changes in speech, behaviour, and emotions. On-site role-playing was performed to experience emotional states, master the three-step method of listening to empathy, stabilising emotions, and safety assessment, and cooperate with professional psychological resource referrals to avoid secondary injuries. All faculty and staff act together to protect students' mental health with scientific methods.


5月16日,我校心理健康教师面向全体教职工开展《心理危机的识别与处理》的讲座。讲座从心理危机的有效识别、心理危机干预的应对方式,给予全面的指导与实操练习。教职工通过学习了解到从言语、行为、情绪变化等方面发现学生心理危机信号。现场还以角色扮演的方式体会情绪状态,掌握倾听共情、稳定情绪、安全评估三步法,配合专业心理资源转介,避免二次伤害。全体教职工齐行动,用科学方法守护学生心理健康。







Ⅱ. Mental Health Education Class

     心理健康教育主题班会课



On 19 May, a class meeting with the theme of "Let Yourself Be Your Own Light" was held, guiding students to understand that "loving oneself" is not only self-care but also the foundation of positive psychological construction. Finally, by integrating specific methods, such as self-acceptance and cultivating a positive mindset etc., helps students master practical skills for enhancing psychological resilience and encourages them to practice the concept of mental health in their daily lives.


5月19日开展以《让自己成为自己的一道光》为主题的心理健康教育主题班会课,引导学生理解“爱自己”不仅是自我关怀,更是积极心理建设的基础;最后结合具体方法, 如接纳自我、培养积极心态等,帮助学生掌握提升心理韧性的实用技巧,鼓励学生在日常生活中践行心理健康理念。






Ⅲ. Mental Health Day Activities

     5月23日心理健康日主题活动



The event featured five challenge stations combining psychological principles with interactive games for experiential learning.


本次心理健康日主题活动设置了五大趣味挑战关卡,将心理学知识与互动游戏相结合,让学生在体验中学习、在挑战中成长。




Station 1: Courage Charging Station

关卡1:勇气充能站


Through the "sense of loss of control" brought by the balloon inflation, students are led to experience the acceptance of the unknown and the transformation of pressure. When the balloon breaks through the psychological critical point, it symbolises breaking through self-limitations, cultivating the courage to face fear, and understanding that "moderate pressure can be transformed into growth motivation."


通过气球膨胀带来的“失控感”,带领学生体验对未知的接纳与压力转化。当气球突破心理临界点时,象征着突破自我设限,培养直面恐惧的勇气,并理解“适度压力可以转化为成长动力”。





Station 2: Focus Fencing Arena

关卡2:专注力剑场


Blending ancient Chinese arrow pitching with mindfulness training, this activity helped students achieve "flow state" through hand-eye-brain coordination, countering digital-age attention fragmentation.


结合传统投壶与正念训练,引导学生在手眼脑协同控制中进入专注的“心流”状态,缓解碎片化信息时代带来的注意力分散问题。




Station 3: Shape Your Mind

关卡3:扭转心象


Students can activate their right brain creativity through hand-made creations, experience healing power in the process of "learning by doing", transform abstract emotions into concrete art, and improve their emotional expression and spatial perception abilities. Each unique "twist flower" represented individual emotions worthy of recognition. just like everyone's emotions, which deserve to be seen.


学生通过手工创作启动右脑创造力,让学生在“做中学”的过程中体验疗愈力量,将抽象情绪转化为具象艺术,提升情绪表达与空间感知能力。学生充分发挥想象力,每一朵“扭扭花”都独一无二,就像每个人的情绪一样值得被看见。




Station 4: Planting Your Mental Garden

关卡4:栽种美好心田


Colour is a mirror of emotions. Students release subconscious emotions by freely matching warm and cool tones and establish a symbolic connection between colour and emotions. Some of the works are bright and lively, while others are soft and soothing. Students unknowingly sort out their emotions during the colouring process.


色彩是情绪的镜子。学生通过自由搭配冷暖色调,释放潜意识情绪,建立色彩与情绪的象征性联结。作品有的明快活泼,有的则柔和舒缓,学生们在涂色过程中不知不觉完成了一次情绪梳理。




Station 5: Flag Messages·Future Echoes

关卡5:旗语者·未来回响


Incorporating expressive arts and future-oriented therapy, this ritualistic activity helped students articulate goals, strengthen self-commitment, and build positive expectations through written pledges on eco-friendly flags.


结合表达性艺术治疗和未来导向疗法,通过仪式化的活动设计帮助学生明确未来目标,强化自我承诺的力量,建立积极的心理预期。



On 25 May, let's reserve patience for ourselves, listen to our thoughts, and embrace our irreplaceable uniqueness. As primary guardians of our mental well-being, let's foster a mutually supportive campus environment. Hope every student and teacher loves themselves well every day and embraces happiness!


5月25日,让我们把耐心留给自己,聆听自己的思绪,拥抱那个世界上绝无仅有独一无二的“我”。让我们一起做好自己心理健康的第一责任人,营造一个彼此关照、相互温暖的校园氛围。希望每位同学和老师在每一天都好好爱自己,拥抱幸福!
