Early Years: Artistic Expressions｜幼儿部：艺术表达

This week in Foundation and K1, the recycled paper coffee holder activity allowed students to creatively transform everyday items into unique art, showcasing their artistic expression and understanding of reusing materials.

The Kindergarten 2 students expressed themselves by creating water bottle sprinklers, where they demonstrated artistic creativity in decorating their water bottles. This activity allowed them to showcase their individuality and creativity. Their enthusiasm for the project was evident as they joyfully shared their creations with one another.

In Kindergarten 3, our young adventurers explored the thrilling world of pirates! They crafted imaginative pirate letters and showcased their creativity by creating their very own pirate ships, all while discovering the exciting treasures and coins that awaited them on the high seas!

The Early Years music time was full of fun. In Foundation Class, students learned another chanting song entitled “Tap, Tap, Tap” and were encouraged to perform the action. Kindergarten 1 was introduced to another music symbol, the quarter note. It was essential for the children to be able to interpret symbols.  Lastly, Kindergarten 2 continued to make a new instrument, the castanet, using recycled materials.
