On a brisk and rainy Saturday, QISS proudly participated in the inaugural QISN Track & Field Meet, competing against fellow schools Malvern College, QAIS, and Menaul. With over 20 students registered, QISS made a powerful impression—not just through podium finishes, but through the grit, spirit, and camaraderie that defined the day.
QISS 很荣幸参加了 QISN 首届田径比赛，与Malvern、QAIS 和Menaul三所学校同台竞技。共有 20 多名学生报名参加本次比赛。QISS选手们当天出色的表现以及优异的成绩给大家留下了深刻的印象。

For many of our athletes, this was their first-ever track meet. Despite limited preparation time and the challenge of balancing other sports commitments, our students arrived with energy and determination. The excitement was contagious—so much so that several students signed up for additional events on the day, eager to test themselves and support their teammates.
对于我们很多选手来说，这是他们第一次参加田径比赛。尽管在有限的训练时间内还要兼顾其他体育项目，但选手们还是积极地参加了本次比赛。他们的兴奋之情溢于言表，甚至有的选手还报名参加了多项比赛。

Throughout the meet, QISS athletes demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship and resilience. Coaches from all schools noted the unwavering effort and mutual encouragement our students displayed. Whether celebrating a medal or cheering from the sidelines, our Sharks had each other's backs.
在整个比赛过程中，QISS 选手们表现出了非凡的体育精神和顽强的毅力。其他学校的教练们也注意到选手们所表现出坚定不移的努力和支持，无论是庆祝获奖还是在场边加油，“鲨鱼”们都互相支持。

This event was more than a competition—it was a milestone. It gave our athletes a chance to grow, compete, and build momentum as we look ahead to the ACAMIS Track & Field event later this school year.
