The construction of the Foshan ASJ student team has given student leadership training a new definition - it is the action of discovering problems and actively seeking solutions, it is the inspiration to inspire peers to do good together, it is the commitment to create positive changes for the learner community we love, and it is also the most active element in building a warm and progressive campus ecosystem.

Vice Principal Lam Pei-yee combined the campus life of Hong Kong middle school students to convey to the students the significance of "Join a student team". This is not only an honor, but also an opportunity to remind and show yourself in different subject areas. Everyone should cherish these training opportunities and do everything well with all their heart and soul, so that the student body can shine.

During the issuance of letters of appointment, the school leadership team issued letters of appointment to students, which symbolized the transmission of trust and the delivery of responsibilities, and was also a "growth contract" between the school and the students - the school built a practical platform for students, and the students promised to fulfill their responsibilities with actions, becoming a bridge connecting students and the school and a core force in promoting the construction of campus culture.

同学们各司其职，又相互配合，共同构建了一个立体而充满活力的学生自治体系。这些点点滴滴的努力，汇聚成了佛山ASJ独特的校园文化——开放、包容、充满活力，每个人都能在这里找到自己的价值，每个声音都能被听见、被尊重。

At the ceremony, we saw the diverse composition and rich levels of the Foshan ASJ student leadership team. As the inheritors of the college spirit, college leaders lead partners to make progress together in healthy competition; student ambassadors become the school's beautiful business card with enthusiasm and sincerity; sports teams interpret the true meaning of teamwork on the field; club leaders use interests as a link to weave a colorful picture of campus culture; subject association leaders lead students to explore further in the ocean of knowledge...

Students perform their own duties and cooperate with each other to build a three-dimensional and dynamic student self-government system. These little efforts have brought together the unique campus culture of Foshan ASJ - open, inclusive and full of vitality, where everyone can find their own value and every voice can be heard and respected.

The ceremony was also interspersed with the wonderful performance "YES or YES" presented by the dance club. The students showed the rhythm of youth with their energetic dance movements, which also confirmed the important position of student clubs in the construction of campus culture. This atmosphere of learning and growth, responsibility and vitality makes Foshan ASJ’s campus burst with vitality.

Student team representative Chen Ziwei, director of the "Fansheng" Cantonese radio station, took the stage to speak. She said that the radio station "Fansheng" is homophonic to "stars", which means "ordinary voices can also shine like stars", and this is also the significance of Foshan ASJ student team training. No matter which grade or group you come from, as long as you are willing to devote your enthusiasm and efforts to your love, you can become a shining star on campus.

During the subsequent swearing-in session, all student team members raised their right fists and solemnly pledged: "Abide by school rules and disciplines, and promise to lead by example...listen to the opinions of peers with an open heart, and build team consensus through collaboration..." demonstrating the spirit and value pursuit of the backbone of Foshan ASJ students.

Principal Christine Zhang said that in the student team, one should not only improve oneself and lead by example, but also "push other students" to add a touch of color to campus life and bring positive influence. As a member of a student team, the most important thing is to have good moral character, fully express your personality, and be able to abide by the rules. Use practical actions and personality charm to lead students to follow the pace and jointly create a better campus environment.

The establishment and implementation of the student team provides students with a real platform for growth and makes the campus atmosphere more active, inclusive and progressive. We hope that they will live up to trust and love in their respective positions, transform in service, and grow in responsibility.
