为持续推动教师队伍的专业化发展,提升教育教学质量,近日,佛山暨大港澳子弟学校成功开展了教师专业发展日(PD Day)培训。


本次培训通过系统化、专项化、学术化的设计,将教师个体成长与团队协同发展深度融合,为教学工作注入了新的理念与实践动能。

In order to continue to promote the professional development of the teaching team and improve the quality of education and teaching, Foshan ASJ recently successfully launched Teacher Professional Development Day training.


Through a systematic, specialized and academic design, this training deeply integrates the individual growth of teachers and the collaborative development of the team, injecting new concepts and practical momentum into teaching work.

教师专业操守与师德师风

Teachers’ Professional Ethics       



「立德树人」是教育的根本任务,教师是学生的楷模,教师的言行、操守、价值观对学生影响深远。本次教师发展日以“师德师风建设”开篇,在张晔校长、林沛仪副校长的带领下,全体教师齐聚开展专题培训。


林沛仪副校长紧扣港澳子弟学校的教育定位,以香港教育局《教师专业操守指引》为指引,深度解读了教师职业规范的要义,从教育伦理、职业规范、行为准则等方面,强化教师的职业认同感与社会责任感。


"Cultivating people with moral integrity" is the fundamental task of education. Teachers are role models for students. Teachers' words, deeds, ethics, and values have a profound impact on students. This Teacher Development Day started with "Building Teacher Ethics and Ethic". Under the leadership of Principal Christine Zhang and Vice Principal Lam PiuYi, all teachers gathered together to carry out special training.


Vice-Principal Lam PiuYi closely followed the educational positioning of schools for children of Hong Kong and Macao, and used the Hong Kong Education Bureau's "Guidelines on Teachers' Professional Conduct" as a guide to deeply interpret the essence of teachers' professional standards and strengthen teachers' sense of professional identity and social responsibility from aspects such as educational ethics, professional norms, and codes of conduct.



同时,林沛仪副校长组织教师开展了典型案例研讨与分析,引导他们在真实情境中反思教育行为,增强道德判断与行为自律能力。


At the same time, Vice Principal Lam PiuYi organized teachers to conduct discussion and analysis of typical cases, guiding teachers to reflect on educational behavior in real situations and enhance their moral judgment and behavioral self-discipline.



张晔校长则结合“热爱、反思、知行合一”三个关键词,强调教师应以热爱为起点,推动教学理念的转变与专业能力的持续成长;通过不断反思、践行“知行合一”,并融合差异化教学策略,真正实现教师专业成长与学生全面发展的双赢。


Principal Christine Zhang combined the three keywords of "passion, reflection, and consistency" emphasized that teachers should use love as the starting point to promote the transformation of teaching concepts and the continuous growth of professional abilities; through continuous reflection and practice of "integration of knowledge and action" and the integration of differentiated teaching strategies, a win-win situation between teachers' professional growth and students' all-round development can truly be achieved.

精准赋能,聚深耕教学实践

Focus on Farming Teaching Practice     


下午,各学部及学科组结合自身教学定位开展了专项培训,进一步推动教师专业能力向“深、精、专”突破。


In the afternoon, each school department and subject group carried out special training based on their own teaching positioning to further promote teachers' professional abilities to achieve "deep, precise and specialized" breakthroughs.

Secondary Section



中学部“DSE监考培训”聚焦监考工作规范,林沛仪副校长围绕考场组织、纪律维护、流程处理等核心环节展开讲解,强化教师监考专业能力,为学校日常教学管理及考试工作的规范化运作奠定了坚实基础。


The "DSE Invigilation Training" of the secondary div focused on the standards of invigilation work. Vice Principal Lam PiuYi explained core aspects such as examination room organization, discipline maintenance, and process processing to strengthen teachers' professional ability in invigilation and lay a solid foundation for the school's daily teaching management and standardized operation of examination work.



中学阶段是学生构建知识体系、发展思维能力的关键期,对教师的教学精准度与技术应用能力提出了更高要求。为此,中学部一方面开展AI教学辅助工具培训,通过Demo课展示与AI课堂分析,探索数据驱动的教学改进路径;另一方面,组织各科组开展协作备课、观课反馈等教研活动,借助集体研磨教学设计、观察课堂实践、讨论课后反思,将优秀经验转化为团队智慧,推动教师团队实现协同成长。


The junior stage is a critical period for students to build a knowledge system and develop thinking abilities, which places higher requirements on teachers’ teaching accuracy and technical application capabilities. To this end, on the one hand, the middle school department carries out training on AI teaching aids and explores data-driven teaching improvement paths through demo lesson presentations and AI classroom analysis; on the other hand, it organizes various subject groups to carry out teaching and research activities such as collaborative lesson preparation and lesson observation feedback, and uses collective grinding of teaching design, observation of classroom practice, and discussion of post-class reflections to transform excellent experience into team wisdom and promote collaborative growth of the teacher team.

Primary Section


为了进一步提升我校IB PYP项目的实施质量,推动教师专业成长,小学部则开展了以“深度学习与项目准备”为主题的集体教师培训。


In order to further improve the implementation quality of the IB PYP project in our school and promote the professional growth of teachers, the primary school department carried out collective teacher training with the theme of "In-depth Learning and Project Preparation".



培训围绕三大方向展开:首先,教师团队共同分享与探讨了多种Visible Thinking可视化思维工具,反思如何通过思维例程激活学生思考,使学习过程更加清晰、可见、可表达;随后,围绕即将到来的新探究单元以及授权访校准备工作,全体教师对单元目标、学习体验设计、评估路径、跨学科协作及访校证据呈现等方面进行了梳理与统一;最后,各年级与学科团队协作撰写Integration跨学科整合文件,对照学习目标、ATL技能与学科要求,进一步优化学习路径,确保课程实施的一致性与关联性。


本次培训促进了小学部教师对探究式学习的更深理解,也为新单元的实施与授权工作的推进明确了方向。在持续协作、不断打磨与专业共学中,稳步迈向更高质量的PYP学习共同体。


The training focused on three major directions: First, the teacher team shared and discussed various Visible Thinking is a visual thinking tool that reflects on how to activate students' thinking through thinking routines to make the learning process more clear, visible, and expressible. Subsequently, focusing on the upcoming new unit of inquiry and preparations for authorized school visits, all teachers sorted out and unified the unit objectives, learning experience design, assessment paths, interdisciplinary collaboration, and presentation of school visit evidence. Finally, each grade collaborated with the subject team to write the Integration interdisciplinary integration document, and compared the learning objectives, ATL skills, and subject requirements to further optimize the learning path and ensure the consistency and relevance of curriculum implementation.


This training promoted teachers’ deeper understanding of inquiry-based learning and also provided a clear direction for the implementation and authorization of new units. Through continuous collaboration, continuous polishing and professional learning, steadily moving towards a higher-quality PYP learning community.
