Hello everyone,
Today, I want to share a simple thought with you: Every day is a new chance to grow. You don’t need to do big or hard things to grow—small steps are totally enough, and that’s what makes it great.
Growing isn’t about being perfect. It’s just trying a little more than yesterday. When we wake up each morning, it’s like getting a clean paper to write on. We can choose to learn one small thing, be a little braver, or just not get upset when things go wrong. All these little choices help us grow.
Think about the small moments you might usually miss—like stopping to read one paragraph of that book you’ve been wanting to open, or saying sorry if you spoke too sharply to someone. These moments aren’t “nothing” at all; they’re the little things that build up to growth. You won’t feel like you’re changing overnight, and that’s totally okay. Growth is like watering a small plant: you can’t see it get taller every day, but if you keep taking care of it a little bit, it will slowly bloom. Even on days when you’re tired, or when you think “I didn’t do enough,” remember this—just showing up, and choosing to try again, is already growth. These tiny, steady efforts add up, and before you know it, you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come.
We don’t have to worry if we’re slow. Growth isn’t a race. Sometimes, it’s just remembering one new word. Sometimes, it’s listening to friends a little more carefully. Or sometimes, it’s saying “I can try” instead of “I can’t.” These are all easy ways to grow—everyone can do it.
Every day gives us a fresh chance to be a little better. We don’t need big changes. Just hold onto those small chances. They make us grow, bit by bit, into a better me and a better you. Let’s enjoy each new day. Because every morning is a new start, and every start is a chance to grow.

尊敬的領導老師,親愛的同學們:
大家早上好!
今天我想和大家分享的是——珍愛生命,從心開始。
生命是每個人最寶貴的財富,而守護生命的核心,在於呵護內心。在日常學習生活中,學業壓力、人際困惑與成長煩惱,這些都難免讓我們內心泛起波瀾。但請記住,正視情緒不是軟弱,而是對生命的負責。
當覺得壓力像石頭壓在胸口時,別硬扛,可以去跑跑步,讓汗水帶走內心的疲憊;和老師朋友說說心裡的委屈,或者來心理室聊一聊;當因為他人的評價否定自己時,記得告訴自己:「我無法讓所有人喜歡,但我本身就值得被愛。」焦慮來襲時,嘗試合理規劃時間;孤獨相伴時,主動溝通心聲;迷茫出現時,及時向老師家長求助。這些都是用「心」守護生命的行動。
同學們,珍愛生命從不是一句口號,而是融入日常的細微行動:認真對待每一餐飯,保證充足的睡眠;不被他人評價綁架,接納獨一無二的自己;堅信生活縱有風雨,總有陽光可尋。
最後,願每一位鯨帆少年在生活中,堅韌向上,無畏向前。用心感受生命的美好,用行動守護生命的珍貴。
