这场充满烟火气的比拼,以三轮递进式挑战逐步展开。首轮“给父母做饭”,同学们化身“家庭主厨”,用一餐饱含心意的饭菜传递对父母的敬与爱;第二轮“我的拿手菜”环节,大家各展所长,将日常打磨的厨艺尽情展现;第三轮“复刻大厨”挑战,更引导同学们敬畏专业技艺、主动虚心求教,在模仿与精进中探索美食的深层奥秘。

S2C班王祥山同学在煎制牛排时,因时间把控不足,不仅牛排未煎熟,摆盘也略显仓促。没想到比赛评委、佛山ASJ餐厅经理Eric却格外耐心,当场指导他调整摆盘细节。这些经历也印证了比赛的意义,厨艺比拼之外,更珍贵的是接纳不完美的心态、从交流中成长的契机,以及在实践中学会虚心求教、沉淀进步的生活智慧。

Unexpectedly, the competition judge, Eric, the canteen manager of Foshan ASJ, was extremely patient and guided him on the spot to adjust the details of the plating. These experiences also confirm the core meaning of the competition.
