The professional development of teachers is essential for enhancing the quality of education and is a fundamental guarantee for student development. To further improve teachers' professionalism and implement advanced educational philosophies and frameworks, Sias International School (Sias IS) organized a 3-day Learning Expo on November 20, 2025. During the learning expo, teachers engaged in the study and discussion of professional knowledge and the analysis of excellent teaching experiences, aiming to develop Sias IS into a world-class IB international school.

The Sias IS Learning Expo is an exciting event highlighting collaboration's importance within our learning community. This gathering provides a valuable opportunity for educators and administrative and operational staff to come together and connect. We are learning to work together as a team, which fosters collaboration and the exchange of diverse ideas, which can lead to more creative and effective problem-solving. It builds trust and accountability among team members, making it easier to achieve shared goals efficiently.

本次活动形式多样，内容丰富。在三天时间里，分别从「教师团队领导力」「身心健康」「学科实践定制培训」三个方向进行主题研习活动。探索教育的优化与实践。增进教职员工之间的信任和感情的同时，分享专业老师各自领域的知识和见解，助力教师之间共同成长。根据不同学段学生课程，更具针对性地拓展并优化教师的专业水平及教师关怀。

This event featured diverse formats and rich content. Over the course of three days, we held thematic workshops focused on three main areas: "Leadership Roots," "Branching Into Well-Being," and "Blossoming in Practice." The goal was to explore ways to optimize and implement educational practices. By enhancing trust and relationships among teaching staff, experienced educators shared their knowledge and insights in their respective fields, promoting collective growth among teachers. The courses were tailored to meet the needs of students in different grades, allowing for a more targeted expansion and optimization of teachers' professional skills and care.
