Learning Intangible Cultural Heritage| 传承非遗文化，赋能国际教育

To advance the teaching of traditional Chinese culture in international schools, Our school invited Sun Richeng, a master of the intangible cultural heritage Mantis Kung Fu, and a teacher specializing in the intangible cultural heritage of mother-of-pearl lacquerware. On November 26, 2025, they visited the school to conduct a specialized research and learning activity on intangible cultural heritage techniques for all Chinese and foreign faculty members.  

为推进国际学校对中国传统文化的教育，我校特邀螳螂拳非遗传承人孙日成与螺钿漆器非遗教师，于2025年11月26日莅临校园，为全体中外教师带来了一场别开生面的非遗技艺专题研修活动。  

국제학교의 중국 전통 문화 교육을 추진하기 위해, 저희 학교는 당랑권 무형문화유산 전승자인 Sun Richeng과 나전칠기 무형문화유산 교사를 초청하여 2025년 11월 26일 학교를 방문하여 모든 중외 교사들에게 무형문화유산 기술 특별 연구 활동을 진행했습니다.

The purpose of this event was to allow teachers to experience firsthand the charm of traditional Chinese culture, thereby enriching international education with greater multicultural diversity. At the event, two inheritors of intangible cultural heritage showcased the allure of mantis boxing and the intricate artistry of mother-of-pearl inlay craftsmanship to both Chinese and international educators through theoretical explanations, skill demonstrations, and interactive experiences. 

此次活动旨在让教师们亲身感受中华优秀传统文化的魅力，使国际教育更具多元文化。活动现场，两位非遗传承人通过理论讲解、技艺演示、互动体验等方式，向中外教师展示了螳螂拳的刚柔并济与螺钿工艺的精妙绝伦。

이번 행사의 목적은 교사들이 중국 전통 문화의 매력을 직접 느끼고, 국제 교육을 더욱 다문화적으로 만드는 것입니다. 행사 현장에서 두 명의 무형문화유산 전승자는 이론 설명, 기술 시연, 상호작용 체험 등을 통해 중외 교사들에게 당랑권의 매력과 자개 공예의 정교함을 선보였습니다.

- Mantis Kung Fu Workshop: The master instructor provided an engaging overview of Mantis Kung Fu—from its historical origins and foundational techniques to practical applications—and guided teachers through basic movements, allowing them to experience the wisdom and power of traditional Chinese martial arts.

- Mother-of-Pearl Inlay Craft Experience: The artisan introduced the craftsmanship behind mother-of-pearl lacquerware and guided teachers in hands-on activities, enabling them to appreciate the exquisite artistry of traditional handicrafts.

- 螳螂拳研修：传承人从螳螂拳的历史渊源、基本功法到实战应用，进行了生动讲解，并带领教师们体验拳法的基本动作，感受中国传统武术的智慧与力量。  

- 螺钿工艺体验：传承人介绍了螺钿漆器的制作工艺，并指导教师们亲手尝试螺钿镶嵌，体验传统手工艺的精细与美学。 

- 당랑권 학습: 전승자는 당랑권의 역사적 기원, 기본 기술부터 실전 응용까지 생생하게 설명하며, 교사들을 이끌고 기본 동작을 체험하고 중국 전통 무술의 지혜와 힘을 느꼈습니다.  

- 나전 공예 체험: 전승자가 나전 칠기의 제작 공정을 소개하고, 교사들이 직접 전통 수공예의 정교함을 느끼고 체험할 수 있도록 지도했습니다.

Our school will introduce more intangible cultural heritage experience programs in the future, such as calligraphy, paper-cutting, and tea ceremony, to help teachers transform traditional cultural experiences into engaging educational resources. This will enable students to gain insights into Chinese traditional culture even within an international educational setting.

This intangible cultural heritage study is not only a cultural experience but also an exploration of educational innovation. Moving forward, our school will continue to deepen cross-cultural integration and build a comprehensive international education program.

我校致力于“扎根中国，融通世界”的教育理念，未来将引入更多非遗体验项目，如书法、剪纸、茶艺等，帮助教师们将传统文化体验转化为有趣的课程资源，让学生在国际化教育中也能了解中国传统文化。

此次非遗技艺研修，不仅是一次文化体验，更是一次教育创新的探索。未来我校将继续深耕多远文化融合，打造全方位国际化教育。

저희 학교는 앞으로 서예, 종이공예, 다도 등 더 많은 무형문화유산 체험 프로그램을 도입하여 교사들이 전통 문화의 경험을 재미있는 수업 자원으로 전환할 수 있도록 돕고, 학생들이 국제화 교육에서도 중국 전통 문화를 이해할 수 있도록 할 것입니다.

이번 비물질문화유산 기술 연구 학습은 단순한 문화 체험이 아니라 교육 혁신의 탐구입니다. 미래에 우리 학교는 다문화 융합을 계속 심화하여 전방위적인 국제 교육을 구축할 것입니다.
