湾区少年，当“燃”不让！佛山ASJ第三届体育运动会风采绽放

2025全运会的运动热潮尚未褪去，青春的活力便在佛山暨大港澳子弟学校的校园里再度沸腾！

11月27日至28日，由学校KLA学科协会精心打造的2025“跃动青春 圆梦未来”第三届体育运动会盛大启幕。本届运动会将竞技的热血、趣味的欢笑与师生的互动紧密融合，让佛山ASJ学子在跑道上飞驰、在挑战中绽放笑容、在合作中收获成长。

The sports craze of the 15th National Games has not faded yet, and the youthful vitality is boiling again on the campus of Foshan ASJ!

From November 27th to 28th, the 2025 "Youth in Motion, Dreams in the Making" 3rd Annual Sports Day carefully organized by the school's KLA Subject Association opened grandly. This sports day will closely integrate the passion of competition, fun laughter and the unity of teachers and students, allowing Foshan ASJ students to fly on the track, smile in the face of challenges, and gain growth in cooperation.

在全校师生的期待中，体育运动会火热开幕。入场仪式上，国旗方阵率先入场，校旗方阵、彩旗方阵紧随其后，步伐铿锵、身姿挺拔；裁判员与家委会代表方阵精神抖擞、意气风发。各方阵依次迈着整齐的步伐走过主席台，赢得阵阵热烈的掌声。

With the expectations of all the teachers and students of the school, the sports meeting started with great enthusiasm. 各班级集结奇思妙想，以多元形式展现青春活力——既有飒爽利落的武术表演，一招一式尽显少年气魄；也有活力四射的团体舞蹈，配合动感音乐跳出青春节拍；深情激昂的集体朗诵《少年中国说》，声声句句回荡拼搏信念；而合唱《晴天》《海阔天空》等金曲，更以温暖歌声串联感动瞬间。更令人瞩目的是极具视觉冲击的山地车特技与花式篮球炫技，将力量与韵律完美融合，展现新时代学子敢闯敢拼的姿态......

The most interesting thing to watch is undoubtedly the phalanx of the middle school classes. Their unique performance can be called a grand creative parade!

Each class gathered their whims and ideas to show their youthful vitality in various forms - there were sharp and neat martial arts performances, showing off their youthful spirit with every move; there were also energetic group dances that matched the youthful beats with dynamic music; the soulful and passionate collective recitation of "Young China" echoed the belief in hard work; and the chorus of golden songs such as "Sunny Day" and "Broader Seas and Sky" connected touching moments with warm singing. 当各方阵整齐列队于运动场中央，庄严的升旗仪式正式拉开帷幕。国旗护卫队的旗手们迈着铿锵有力的正步，昂首阔步走向旗杆。伴随着雄壮的《义勇军进行曲》奏响，旗手振臂一挥，将国旗奋力扬起。鲜红的国旗在晨光中徐徐舒展，格外醒目。

When all parties lined up neatly in the center of the sports field, the solemn flag-raising ceremony officially kicked off. The flag bearers of the national flag guard marched with sonorous and powerful steps towards the flagpole with their heads held high. As the majestic "March of the Volunteers" played, the flag bearer waved his arms and raised the national flag with all his strength. The bright red national flag stretched slowly in the morning light, which was particularly eye-catching.

致辞环节中，谭日旭总校长向全体学生传递了体育精神与成长期许。他表示，体育是教育不可或缺的力量，既能磨炼意志、涵养品格，更让大家在奔跑中感受速度的激昂，在跳跃中体验突破的瞬间。希望同学们能在此次运动会上赛出友谊、赛出风格、赛出最好的自己，让每一次速度都化作进步的力量，让每一分努力都绽放成耀眼的光芒。

During the opening speech, Chief Principal of the school，Mr Tam Yat-Yuk conveyed the spirit of sportsmanship and the promise of growth to all students. He said that sports are an indispensable force in education. It can not only temper the will and cultivate character, but also allow everyone to feel the excitement of speed while running and experience the moment of breakthrough while jumping. I hope that the students can compete in friendship, compete in style, and compete in the best version of themselves at this sports meeting, so that every speed can be turned into the power of progress, and every effort can bloom into a dazzling light.

佛山是醒狮文化的发源地，本届运动会亦呈现了精彩纷呈的舞狮表演。这一将非遗文化与校园体育活动深度融合的创新形式，不仅为赛事增添了浓厚的文化氛围，也拓展了体育育人的内涵与形式。

Foshan is the birthplace of lion dance culture, and this sports meeting also presented a wonderful lion dance performance. This innovative form that deeply integrates intangible cultural heritage and campus sports activities not only adds a strong cultural atmosphere to the event, but also expands the connotation and form of sports education.

随后，中学部学子还带来了精彩的啦啦操表演。伴随着动感的音乐，队员们手持彩球，以整齐划一的动作、富有感染力的笑容和充满创意的队形变换，展现出昂扬向上的青春风采。

Later, the students from the middle school also gave a wonderful cheerleading performance. Accompanied by dynamic music, the team members held colorful balls and showed their high-spirited youthful style with uniform movements, infectious smiles and creative formation changes.

开幕式结束后，运动场即刻切换到“高能竞技模式”，中学部的运动健将们展开了速度、力量与耐力的激烈角逐！

径赛场上，短跑角逐扣人心弦！发令枪响，同学们如离弦之箭般冲出起跑线，每一个动作都迸发着力量。赛道两旁，班级的呐喊助威声震耳欲聋，“加油”之声此起彼伏，伴随着运动员的脚步一路向前。

On the track and field, the sprint competition is exciting! The starting gun sounded, and the students rushed out of the starting line like arrows, with every movement bursting with power. On both sides of the track, the cheers of the classes were deafening, and the sounds of "come on" came and went, accompanying the athletes' footsteps all the way forward.

中长跑项目则更考验耐力与意志，同学们顶住体力消耗，咬牙坚持，即便气喘吁吁也绝不放弃，用顽强的毅力诠释着青春的无畏。

而在迎面接力赛中，队员们默契协作，接力棒的传递不仅是速度的交接，更是信任的延续——每一次顺利交接，都激起全场热烈的欢呼！

The middle-distance running event is a test of endurance and will. The students endured physical exertion, gritted their teeth and persisted, never giving up even if they were out of breath, interpreting the fearlessness of youth with their tenacious perseverance.

In the head-on relay race, the team members cooperated tacitly, and the passing of the baton was not only a handover of speed, but also a continuation of trust - every smooth handover aroused warm cheers from the audience!

田赛赛场上同样亮点纷呈！前抛实心球项目中，同学们凝神聚力，奋力一抛，实心球在空中划出优美弧线，承载着他们的力量与期待；急行跳远、立定跳远赛道上，大家助跑、起跳、落地，不断刷新着赛场成绩；助跑摸高项目中，同学们奋力向上跃起，向着更高目标发起冲击，展现了蓬勃的青春活力。

There are also many highlights in the field competition! In the forward throw medicine ball event, the students concentrated their efforts and threw the medicine ball hard, and the medicine ball drew a beautiful arc in the air, carrying their strength and expectations; on the sprint long jump and standing long jump tracks, everyone took off, jumped, and landed, constantly refreshing the results on the field; in the run-up touch event, the students jumped upwards with all their strength and launched an impact towards a higher goal, showing their vigorous youthful vitality.

如果说田径赛场是速度与力量的激情碰撞，那么17项趣味运动项目则将欢笑声与协作氛围洒满校园。同学们以班级为单位组队闯关、收集贴纸，开启了一场“欢乐与挑战并存”的运动之旅。

If the track and field competition is a passionate collision of speed and strength, then the 17 interesting sports events fill the campus with laughter and a collaborative atmosphere. The students formed teams as a class to complete levels and collect stickers, embarking on a sports journey of "both joy and challenge".

“巨人脚步”中，同学们绑腿同步前行，喊着口号冲向终点；“水到渠成”“网球接力”需默契配合，稍有失误便前功尽弃，紧张感与趣味性拉满；“你画我猜” 堪称默契测试，画手的灵魂创作与猜题者的脑洞大开让现场笑声不断；俄罗斯方块积木、汉诺塔、极速三字棋则考验策略与协作，分组对决让竞争愈发激烈；“一圈到底”“摸石过河”“集体跳绳”等项目也乐趣十足......

同学们穿梭于各个项目区域，不仅收获了快乐，更深刻体会到团队协作的意义。闯关卡上的每一枚贴纸，都是班级凝心聚力、共同拼搏的最佳见证。

In "Giant's Steps", the students put on leggings and marched forward in synchrony, shouting slogans and rushing to the finish line; "When everything comes naturally" and "Tennis Relay" require tacit cooperation, if there is a slight mistake, all previous efforts will be wasted, and the tension and fun are full; "You draw and I guess" It can be called a tacit test of understanding. The soulful creation of the painter and the imagination of the guesser made the scene full of laughter; Tetris blocks, Tower of Hanoi, and Speed Three Words tested strategy and cooperation, and group duels made the competition more intense; "One lap to the end", "Crossing the river by touching the stone", "Group skipping" and other projects were also full of fun...

赛事进入尾声，压轴活动——HOUSE运动会火热来袭！师生携手组队，跨越班级与年级界限，开启了凝聚全院的荣誉之战！

The sports day is coming to an end, and the finale event - the HOUSE competitiopn is coming! Teachers and students joined hands to form teams, crossing class and grade boundaries, and started a battle of honor that united the whole school!

接力赛中，各学院精英尽出，一根小小的接力棒，连接的是团结与信任，传递的是勇气与力量。拔河赛场更是战况激烈，师生齐上阵，口号声、欢呼声响彻校园。这场运动会极大地凝聚了各学院的向心力。师生全员参与、乐在其中，展现了佛山ASJ师生同心、奋勇拼搏的精神风貌。

In the relay race, elites from each college came out. A small baton connects unity and trust, and conveys courage and strength. The tug-of-war competition was even more intense. Teachers and students took part in the battle, and slogans and cheers resounded throughout the campus. This sports meeting has greatly united the centripetal force of various colleges. All teachers and students participated and enjoyed it, which showed the spirit of Foshan ASJ teachers and students working together and working hard.

短短两天的时间里，佛山暨大港澳子弟学校的师生们，用拼搏诠释热爱，用协作传递温暖，在“跃动青春 圆梦未来”的主题里，把体育精神刻进成长的轨迹，也让校园的每一寸土地，都留下了青春最燃的模样！

In just two days, the teachers and students of Foshan ASJ used hard work to interpret their love and used collaboration to convey warmth.
