Coming-of-Age Ceremony｜18岁，礼成！致敬璀璨青春

18岁意味着什么？儿时的我们，总忍不住憧憬长大的模样；如今，当佛山ASJ的同学们站在18岁的门槛前，才恍然领悟：那些曾翘首以盼的成长，不仅是年龄的刻度，更是一段承载勇气、挑战与信念的崭新征程。

18岁的我们，内心愈发丰盈，也拥有了奔赴热爱的底气。我们开始读懂父母眼中的牵挂，并回应这份深沉的爱意；我们渐渐领会老师的期许，并将这份嘱托化为前行路上的动力；我们也学会珍惜身边每一份真挚情谊，在相伴中彼此照亮、携手同行......

What does it mean to be 18?When we were children, we could not help but long for what it would be like to grow up; now, when our classmates stand in front of the 18-year-old threshold, they suddenly realize that the growth they have been looking forward to is not only a mark of age, but also a new journey carrying courage, challenge and belief.

At the age of 18, our hearts become richer and we have the confidence to pursue our passion. We begin to understand the concern in our parents' eyes and respond to this deep love; we gradually understand the teacher's expectations and turn this entrustment into motivation on the way forward; we also learn to cherish every sincere friendship around us, illuminate each other, and walk hand in hand...

为共同见证佛山暨大港澳子弟学校第二届中六学子迈向成人的重要时刻，12月4日，我校以“扎根湾区土，次第万枝荣”为主题，隆重举办了成人礼。这场跨越白昼与星夜的典礼，也在同学们的人生坐标中，深深烙下了责任、感恩与梦想的印记。

In order to jointly witness the important moment for the second senior high school students of Foshan ASJ to become adults, our school held a grand coming-of-age ceremony on December 4. This ceremony, which spanned day and starry night, also deeply imprinted the marks of responsibility, gratitude and dreams on the life coordinates of the students.

成人礼的序幕，由一场肃穆的升旗仪式正式开启。升旗手们昂首挺胸，双手托举国旗，迈着整齐的正步走向升旗台。当雄壮的国歌声奏响，五星红旗冉冉升起，全体师生与家长纷纷肃立，行注目礼。

The coming-of-age ceremony officially started with a solemn flag-raising ceremony. The flag-raisers held their heads high, held the national flag in both hands, and marched neatly to the flag-raising platform. When the majestic national anthem played and the five-star red flag rose slowly, all teachers, students and parents stood in silence and paid attention.

致辞环节凝聚着最深沉的期许与最真挚的情感。张晔校长以“志存高远、心系家国、敢于创新、修身立德”寄语同学们扎根湾区、胸怀天下；教师代表王福章老师将成年的“责任”从修身齐家、兼济天下到民族担当层层诠释；学生代表S6E班杨子晴同学细数校园里老师的耐心指引、同窗的真挚陪伴与父母的无声支持，诉说着对成人责任的领悟与对未来的憧憬；家长代表许璐女士则回望孩子成长路上的晨昏相伴与默默守望，送上了“家永远是避风港”的深情告白。

The speech embodies the deepest expectations and the most sincere emotions. Principal Christine Zhang sent a message to the students to "have high aspirations, care about the country, dare to innovate, and cultivate moral integrity" to take root in the Bay Area and have the world in mind; the teacher representatives explained the "responsibility" of adulthood from cultivating the family, helping the world, to taking on the nation; the student representatives counted the teachers on campus The patient guidance, the sincere companionship of classmates and the silent support of parents tell the understanding of adult responsibilities and the longing for the future; the parent representative looked back at the morning and evening companionship and silent watching of the children on the road of growth, and sent an affectionate confession that "home is always a safe haven".

12月4日，恰好是第12个国家宪法日，同学们在领誓人的带领下，手持宪法高举右拳，庄严宣誓。这誓言，是对法律的敬畏，是对责任的承诺，更是对未来的宣告 —— 从此刻起，他们将以成年人的身份，享有公民的权利，更要履行公民的义务，做心怀祖国、自尊自爱、有担当的法治时代新青年。

December 4th happened to be the 12th National Constitution Day. Under the leadership of the oath-takers, the students held the Constitution and raised their right fists high to take a solemn oath. This oath is a reverence for the law, a commitment to responsibility, and a declaration of the future - from this moment on, they will enjoy the rights of citizens as adults, and they must also fulfill the obligations of citizens and become new young people in the era of rule of law who care about the motherland, have self-respect and love, and are responsible.

随后，高三各班班主任与科任老师并肩登台，以两文三语带来《致十八岁的你》的朗诵与《海阔天空》集体合唱，作为学子的成年献礼。这场演绎既饱含着师长对学子们逐梦远方的热忱期许，更寄寓着对十八岁青年以自信立身、以担当致远，在人生路上勇毅前行的深切祝福。

Subsequently, homeroom teachers and subject instructors from each senior class took the stage together, delivering a Bi-literacy and Tri-lingualism of “To You at Eighteen” and a collective chorus of “Boundless Oceans, Vast Skies” as a coming-of-age tribute to the students. This performance not only conveyed the teachers' fervent hopes for the students to pursue their dreams far and wide, but also carried profound blessings for the eighteen-year-olds: to stand tall with confidence, to reach far with responsibility, and to forge ahead courageously on their life's journey.

当学生与家长并肩迈入那道充满成长期许的“成人门”，整场典礼的仪式感与情感浓度也被推向顶点。伫立门侧的校长和老师们，则以温暖击掌传递力量，支持同学们奔赴更远的未来。

When students and parents step side by side into the "adult gate" filled with the promise of growth, the ritual sense and emotional intensity of the entire ceremony are pushed to its peak. The principals and teachers standing by the door conveyed their strength with warm high-fives and supported the students in their pursuit of a farther future.

在这个温馨的时刻，同学们与父母交换早已准备好的书信与礼物，藏在字里行间的牵挂与鼓励，化作无声的暖流浸润着彼此的心田。这份爱与理解，将成为他们迈向人生新阶段的坚实力量，亦是成人礼的美好见证。

At this warm moment, students and their parents exchanged prepared letters and gifts. The concern and encouragement hidden between the lines turned into a silent warm current that penetrated each other's hearts. This love and understanding will become a solid force for them to move into a new stage of life, and it is also a beautiful witness to the coming-of-age ceremony.

仪式尾声，庆祝的大蛋糕被缓缓推上来，师生们围在蛋糕旁，共同许下美好的心愿。那些深刻的情感、温暖的陪伴与纯粹的欢笑，皆定格在一张张记录灿烂瞬间的照片里。

At the end of the ceremony, the big celebration cake was slowly rolled up. Teachers and students gathered around the cake and made beautiful wishes together. Those profound emotions, warm companionship and pure laughter are all frozen in the photos that record the splendid moments.

夜晚的成人礼舞会中，同学们尽情展现出青春的活力与才华。舞台上灯光流转、璀璨夺目，台下掌声与欢呼此起彼伏。

At the adult ceremony dance in the evening, the students showed off their youthful vitality and talents. The lights on the stage were flowing and dazzling, and the audience applauded and cheered one after another.

独唱、合唱、舞蹈、吉他弹唱等节目轮番上演，凝聚着学子们的热情与心血。深情的独唱引人沉浸，俏皮的舞蹈点燃全场；吉他弹唱诉说对未来的憧憬，充满故事感的演唱赢得阵阵掌声。师生合唱环节里，大家共同唱响经典旋律，熟悉的音符越过时光，将师生情、同窗谊娓娓道来……

Solo singing, chorus, dancing, guitar playing and singing and other performances were performed in turn, embodying the enthusiasm and hard work of the students. The soulful solo was immersive, and the playful dance ignited the audience; the guitar playing and singing told the longing for the future, and the story-filled singing won rounds of applause. During the teacher-student chorus session, everyone sang classic melodies together, and the familiar notes traveled through time, telling the story of the friendship between teachers and students, and classmates...

18岁，礼成，星夜灿烂。

这群佛山ASJ学子自此将以成年人的身份，肩负家庭期盼、社会责任与国家使命。他们将告别青涩，以更坚定的信念、更勇敢的姿态，奔赴属于自己的山海远方。

At the age of 18, the ceremony was completed and the starry night was brilliant.

From now on, these Foshan ASJ students will shoulder family expectations, social responsibilities and national missions as adults. They will bid farewell to their youth and rush to their own distant mountains and seas with firmer beliefs and bravery.
