Tsinglan CS Week

Our school celebrated CS Week from December 1–5 with a series of activities designed to strengthen students’ understanding of computing, encourage responsible engagement with technology, and introduce key concepts in artificial intelligence.

12月1日至12月5日,清澜山学校成功举办2025年计算机科学周系列活动。通过多元主题实践,引导学生深入理解计算思维,提升人工智能素养,并在探索与实践中增强数字素养。


This year’s theme placed a strong emphasis on AI literacy, inviting students from Primary to High School to learn through exploration, discussion, and hands-on creation.

本届活动以“AI素养”为核心主题,各学部学生在课堂学习、实践体验与成果展示中,全面感知人工智能技术在学习与生活场景中的应用价值。















CS Exploration Day, organized in collaboration with the Primary School STEM Department, provided students with a range of interactive stations. These included robotics, 3D design, drone shooting, flight simulation software, AI-based games, robot battle arenas, and AR/VR experiences.

活动首日,中小学STEM部门联合举办“科创探索日”,设置机器人操作、3D建模、无人机竞技、飞行模拟、AI互动游戏、机器人对战及AR/VR体验七大主题站。



Students moved through the stations with enthusiasm, gaining practical exposure to tools that demonstrated how computing connects to design, engineering, and problem-solving. The partnership ensured that the event remained both structured and accessible, allowing students to connect new concepts with familiar classroom learning.

学生通过分组轮转实践,在动手操作中体会科技工程的关联性,系统掌握计算思维在任务解决中的具体应用。整个探索过程科学有序,有效强化了技术概念的实践认知。





The Middle School CS Assembly offered another meaningful learning experience. CS teachers opened the session with a short video on computational thinking, followed by an activity where six mixed-class teams answered scenario-based questions related to the four stages of computational thinking.

小学与中学部同步开展“CS主题班会”。初中部年级集会中,计算机教师通过动画短片解析计算思维的四个核心阶段,并组织六支跨班级战队进行情境化知识竞答


The competitive format kept the audience engaged, and the event highlighted how structured thinking supports real-life problem solving. Students left with a clearer understanding of how to apply these skills beyond the computer lab.

竞赛题目围绕分解问题、模式识别、抽象建模与算法设计等关键概念,结合生活实例检验学生分析能力。现场激烈角逐与热烈助威相映成趣,生动诠释了计算思维在日常决策中的实践意义。





At the High School Assembly, student leaders Leo and Ray, together with the Coding Club, led a session on AI awareness and digital responsibility. They began with an AI-themed video, then hosted an interactive game asking whether different images, videos, texts, or audio clips were AI-generated. 

高中部由学生领袖Leo、Ray及Coding Club共同策划“AI主题集会”。活动以AI技术应用视频开场,随即开展真实场景判断互动——观众需辨识图像、视频、文本与音频的AI生成属性。



The challenge sparked discussion about credibility, authorship, and digital ethics.Leo and Ray emphasized the importance of critical thinking when using AI tools.

该环节引发学生对信息真实性、创作溯源及数字伦理的深度思考,Leo与Ray特别强调AI工具使用中的批判性思维培养


The assembly concluded with a live demonstration of rapid prototyping using ChatGPT’s Codex, during which the Coding Club built a simple forum website and added a Tetris game within minutes. The demonstration reinforced that while natural language prompts can speed up creation, technical knowledge remains essential.

活动尾声,Coding Club通过ChatGPT Codex实现快速开发,仅用数分钟搭建简易论坛网站并嵌入俄罗斯方块游戏,充分展现技术理解与自然语言指令协同的创新可能性。





Throughout the week, homeroom classes participated in two activities aligned with the theme.

在班级晨会环节,各班级开展双轨学习任务:


The first involved short videos—selected by grade level—on digital citizenship, computer science, and AI awareness, followed by classroom tasks to reinforce key messages.

低年级学生观看并讨论数字公民与AI伦理主题短片;


The second activity was a hands-on AI experience using Code.org’s Dance Party. Students experimented with body-tracking AI and block-based programming, discovering how algorithms can respond to movement and instructions in real time.

高年级学生则通过Code.org的AI Dance Party项目,利用肢体动作与AI互动,结合图形化编程生成个性化音乐舞蹈效果,直观体验算法响应机制。





CS WEEK


All CS classes also paused regular lessons to run in-class hackathons or AI-focused tasks, allowing students to apply their knowledge in practical and collaborative ways. These sessions supported creativity, computational thinking, and experimentation with emerging tools.

本周所有CS课程特别调整为“班级编程马拉松”或“AI趣味挑战”,在限时任务中激发学生创造力,强化计算思维应用,并探索前沿工具的技术可能性


CS Week 2025 provided students across divisions with a cohesive experience that linked foundational computing concepts with current developments in AI.

2025计算机科学周构建了系统化的技术认知体系,将计算思维基础理论与AI前沿应用有机融合


The week highlighted the importance of understanding technology not only as a set of tools, but as an area that requires curiosity, responsibility, and informed judgment

通过沉浸式体验与实践,不仅拓展了学生的科技视野,更凸显了在技术革新时代培养批判性思维、创新意识与数字责任感的教育价值


Our community looks forward to building on this momentum as we continue to strengthen digital literacy and support students in becoming confident users and creators in an AI-driven world.
