什么是Harrow Diploma
（哈罗全人成就认证）？
Harrow Diploma是一个系统化的成长追踪与认证平台，它鼓励学生在平台上梳理并反思自己在校内外所有付出与成就。
覆盖阶段从小学一直到高中。小学采用分年级定制的成长记录模式，学生升入六年级后，会过渡为使用成长记录册的形式。针对高年级学生，也就是初三至高二年级的学生，则采用线上系统进行成长追踪。

学生可以在平台上记录校内外的非学术活动、学术挑战、竞赛经历、公益经历等所有付出与成就。

导师陪伴成长：

赋能升学竞争力：

What is Harrow Diploma?
Harrow Diploma is a systematic growth tracking and accreditation programme that encourages students to recognize and reflect on all their efforts and achievements both on and off campus, from Pre-prep for Sixth-form. Pre-prep has year-specific models, and progresses to record booklets at the start of year 7. For Our oldest students (years 10-13), it is tracked online:

Record & Qualify All Growth:
Students can document all their endeavors and accomplishments on the platform,including non-academic activities, academic challenges, competitions, and charity experiences, whether on campus or beyond.
Empowerment Through Six Core Components:
Comprehensively foster the qualities of future leaders across six key areas: Wellbeing, Values Cultivation, Leadership, Service, Passion and Talent, and Core Competencies.
Tutor-Led Growth Journey:
Tutors provide regular guidance and support to help students complete reflection journals, encouraging them to reflect on and summarize their growth experiences beyond the facts. Considering things like, ‘how did the activity make them feel?’, ‘how did it challenge them’.
Boost University Application Competitiveness: Personal statements are crucial for university applications. When preparing their personal statements, students can trace their growth journey through their whole time at Harrow through Harrow Diploma system, enabling them to realise all the fantastic achievements they’ve accomplished and to write about them in their applications , Evidencing their unique strengths, to make their personal characteristics more distinct and their applications more persuasive.

Boost University Applications?
For the university application planning that parents care deeply about, Harrow Diploma serves as a highly persuasive "growth endorsement."
Take Year 12 student K as an example. Suppose his goal is to study PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) at the University of Oxford — an interdisciplinary program integrating philosophy, politics, and economics, which demands exceptional comprehensive qualities from applicants. Through the Harrow Diploma system, K can trace his growth journey and accurately highlight his suitability for this program.

Harrow Haikou’s Lifecycle

Application Development Path
Harrow Diploma is a supporting system, but to ensure students have meaningful experiences to record and reflect on, the school team, from a holistic strategic perspective, has closely aligned with the Free Trade Port’s development plan to create a tailored integrated system of career exploration and university application planning covering all stages of student growth.
01.University Application Planning
Regular University Guidance Courses: Ms. Linh, University Counselor, offers weekly UPG (University Preparation Guidance) courses for Year 11-13 students. She provides systematic and continuous professional guidance covering application strategies, personal statement polishing, and university selection.
Face-to-Face Interactions with Global Admissions Officers: We have successfully invited admissions officers from the University of Oxford, as well as institutions from over ten countries and regions including France, Switzerland, and Australia, to visit Harrow Haikou in person. Through offline seminars, one-on-one consultations, and other formats, students gain first-hand information on the latest admission policies and application preferences, helping them accurately connect with high-quality global educational resources.
Support from Group’s Top-Tier Resources: Leveraging the strong resource network of AISL Harrow, Iris Cheung, Associate Director of Education of the Group, specially flies to Haikou to conduct one-on-one university consultation meetings for senior high student families, tailoring personalized application plans; Jo Morris, Group Higher Education Coordinator, also travels from Hong Kong to Hainan to deliver a 3-day intensive training program for Year 12 students, deeply dissecting key application milestones and core challenges.
Early Career Planning: Upper School provides one-on-one university and career guidance meetings for Year 9-10 students to help them clarify their interests and development paths at an early stage. This year, these meetings will also be available to Year 7-8 student families.
02. Career Development Programs
Customized Internship Experiences: Targeting the academic intentions and career plans of Year 11-12 students, we offer tailored internship opportunities. Last year, students successfully gained in-depth work experience at benchmark institutions across multiple industries, including law firms, hotels, hospitals, international airports, elderly care facilities, automobile manufacturers, and intangible cultural heritage (ICH) art workshops, accumulating valuable practical experience.
Diversified Workplace Sharing Sessions: Friends of Harrow regularly invites industry experts, elite parents, and outstanding alumni from various fields such as finance, technology, art, architecture, and education to host career experience sharing sessions for students. Guests share industry trends and career development paths, broadening students’ professional horizons and helping them plan their career directions in advance.
At Harrow Haikou, Harrow Diploma is not a rigid framework restricting growth, but a "growth navigator" rooted in a holistic development system that accompanies children in exploring themselves and achieving progress.
It ensures every effort is recognized, every step of growth is traceable, and ultimately empowers students to become future leaders with both academic strength and comprehensive qualities.
