*学校将在开学前提前为每位寄宿新生清洗并铺设好基本的床上三件套，同时，被褥、枕头和蚊帐也将提前分发至每个床位。
*所有新生的校服和书包将统一装入新生行李箱，附新生姓名行李牌，待报到时现场领取。
*The school will clean and lay out a basic three-piece bed set for each new boarding student in advance before the start of the semester. At the same time, bedding, pillows and mosquito nets will also be distributed to each bed in advance.
*All new students' uniforms and school bags will be packed into their designated luggage with a name tag attached. They can be picked up on-site during registration.

New Student Registration Documents
2026年2月5日前，请家长填写招生老师发布的《入学注册表》，内容包括：学生个人及家庭信息、学生健康状况、学生成就等。
请预留至少15分钟仔细填写，用于备案，如未提前填写将影响入学注册手续。
Please fill in the Registration Form released by the admission teacher before February 5, 2026, which includes the student's personal and family information, health status, and academic achievements.
Please allocate at least 15 minutes to carefully fill out the form for record-keeping. Failure to complete it in advance may affect the enrollment registration process.
● 到校报到当日请携带以下资料以完成入学注册手续：
学生个人证件复印件（例如：香港/澳门永久性居民身份证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、港澳居民来往内地通行证、护照、港澳居民居住证）1份
学生出生证明复印件1份
家长或监护人的护照/身份证复印件1份
入学体检报告原件（常规体检证明）
学生个人证件照1张（2寸，底色不限）
学生获奖证书复印件；中考、雅思或托福成绩单复印件等（申请奖学金的学生请携带原件）
非父母双方的法定监护人需另行提供证明文件
● On the day of check-in, please bring the following documents to complete the enrollment registration process:
A copy of the student's personal identification (e.g., Hong Kong/Macau Permanent Resident Identity Card, Taiwan Resident Mainland Travel Permit, Hong Kong/Macau Resident Mainland Travel Permit, passport, Hong Kong/Macau Resident Permit);
A copy of the student’s birth certificate;
A copy of the parent or guardian’s passport/identity card;
The original of the enrollment physical examination report (routine health check certificate);
One passport-sized photo of the student (2 inches, background color not specified);
Copies of the student's award certificates; copies of middle school graduation exams, IELTS or TOEFL score reports, etc. (For students applying for scholarships, please bring the original documents).
Legal guardians who are not both parents must provide additional supporting documents.
交通及停车指引
Traffic and Parking
1. 自驾车：自驾的家长当天请定位【佛山暨大港澳子弟学校】，并按现场交通指引把车辆停放于校外公共停车区。详见下图：
1. Self-Driving: Parents driving themselves are asked to set the destination to ASJ-FoShan on the day of arrival and park their vehicles in the public parking area outside the school, following the on-site traffic instructions. See the diagram below for details:
2.网约车：请定位【佛山暨大港澳子弟学校】，并于学校正门处下车到达注册点签到、存放行李。
2. ride-hailing: Please set the destination to ASJ-Foshan, and get out at the school's main entrance to sign in at the registration point and store your luggage
