东莞ASJ新生现场注册指引
We sincerely extend our gratitude to students and parents for choosing The Affiliated School of Jinan University for Hong Kong and Macao Students (Dongguan) - ASJ (Dongguan)!
衷心感谢各个新生家庭选择东莞暨大港澳子弟学校（东莞ASJ）入读！
To ensure a smooth start, parents of new students who have completed online registration are kindly requested to attend on-site registration at school on 22nd Febuary. Please bring the required documents to finalise registration and collect the school materials.
为确保孩子顺利入学，请已完成线上注册流程的新生家长，于2月22日携带所需资料到校完成现场注册，并领取学校为您准备的入学物品。
There are two steps for the onsite registration including submitting the documents required and collecting uniform and beddings. Parents and students should complete the said two procedures.
现场注册共分为资料提交和物品领取两个步骤 ，到校注册的家长和学生完成下述事项方可离校。
Detailed guidance for new student registration can be found below. Please allow sufficient time for these activities.

温馨提示
1. Please write the admitted grade and student’s name in the remarks column.
线上缴费时务必备注入读年级及学生姓名。
2. The physical examination report issued within six months issued by the level-three hospitals is acceptable. Only the basic physical examination for school admission, cardiopulmonary radiography test items will not be required in this physical examination report.
体检需前往三甲级医院，进行基础入学体检，无需进行心肺拍片项目。
3. To save the time of parents and make the whole registration process smoother and more efficient, please fill in the registration information online and settle the tuition payment online before the registration confirmation session on campus.
为节约现场注册时间 ，需提前扫码填写注册信息及线上缴纳剩余学费。
4. Textbooks and materials for secondary students will be provided when the semester starts.
中学教材教辅资料将于开学发放。
5. The commencement date for Term 2 of the 2025-2026 academic year is February 23, 2026. New students must complete on-site registration on the afternoon of February 22, 2026, and attend the evening self-study session.
2025-2026 学年第二学期的开学时间是 2026 年 2 月 23 日，新生须在 2026 年 2 月 22 日下午完成现场注册并参加晚自习。
