新春愉快!寒假生活即将结束,我们即将迎来新学期。为确保全体师生平安、顺利返校,快速适应校园学习生活节奏,学校特此发布以下返校温馨提示,请大家仔细阅读并做好相应准备。

Happy New Year! As the winter break draws to a close, the new semester is just around the corner. To ensure that all students and staff return to school safely and smoothly, and quickly readjust to the rhythm of campus life and learning, the school has prepared the following friendly reminders. Please read them carefully and make the necessary preparations.

返校时间 Return Arrangements 



1

中四至中六学生:2026年3月2日(星期一)上午8:30,入校后前往宿舍楼签到并整理内务;


Students in S4 to S6: Please arrive at school at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026. After entering the campus, proceed to the dormitory to sign in and organize your personal belongings.

小一至小六、中一至中三学生:2026年3月2日(星期一)上午9:00 ,入校后前往宿舍楼签到并整理内务;


Students in P1 to P6 and S1 to S3: Please arrive at school at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026. After entering the campus, proceed to the dormitory to sign in and organize your personal belongings.

乘坐校车的同学请按各站点发车时间准时上车;


Students taking the school bus should board on time according to the departure schedule of each stop.

因特殊原因需提前返校的同学,须提前向班主任报备;提前返校最早入校时间是3月2日(星期一)上午8:00。


若省外学生因交通(飞机/动车)原因需3月1日入校住宿的,务必提前向班主任报备,经审批后方可入校。


Students who need to return to school earlier for special reasons must report in advance to their homeroom teacher. The earliest entry time for early return is 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 2.


Students from outside the province who need to arrive on March 1 due to transportation arrangements (flights or high-speed rail) and require dormitory accommodation must also inform their homeroom teacher in advance and may enter the campus only after receiving approval.

*Spring transfer students who have not yet completed the enrollment registration procedures


  1. 报到时间及地点:2026年3月2日(星期一)上午8:00-8:30 ,招生大厅;

2.现场物资领取:校服、书包、行李箱;


  1. Registration Time and Venue: 8:00–8:30 a.m., Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Block A.

  2. Collection of Materials On-site: school uniform, school bag, and suitcase.


报到当日请携带以下资料以完成入学注册手续:


✦ 学生个人证件复印件(例如:香港/澳门永久性居民身份证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、港澳居民来往内地通行证、护照、港澳居民居住证)1份;

✦ 父母或监护人的护照/身份证复印件1份、非父母的监护人证明文件复印件1份;

✦ 入学体检报告原件(常规体检证明);

✦ 学生个人证件照1张(2寸白底);

✦ 学生获奖证书复印件;中考、雅思或托福成绩单复印件等(申请奖学金的学生请携带原件);

✦ 小学、初中新生需携带接种/免疫记录原件。

✦ A copy of the passport/ID of a parent or legal guardian, and one copy of the guardianship certification document for non-parent guardians;

✦ Original admission medical examination report (standard health check);

✦ One recent passport-sized photo of the student (2-inch, white background);

✦ Copies of the student’s award certificates; copies of Zhongkao, IELTS, or TOEFL score reports, etc. (students applying for scholarships must bring the original documents);

✦ Primary and secondary students are required to bring the original vaccination/immunization record.

返校流程 Return schedule 


全体同学需于10:00前身着礼仪服到达综合楼三楼体育馆参加开学仪式,晚于10:00返校的同学,需提前在校宝平台上提交请假申请。


具体日程安排如下:


All students are required to arrive at the gymnasium on the third floor of the Block C in full formal uniform by 10:00 a.m. to attend the Opening Ceremony. Students who return after 10:00 a.m. must submit a leave application in advance through the Xiaobao platform.

返校温馨提醒 Kind Reminders

提前准备好各科学习资料、学习工具及假期作业,出发前仔细检查,避免遗漏;


Prepare all study materials, learning tools, and holiday assignments in advance, and check carefully before departure to avoid leaving anything behind.

全体同学需携带全套礼服、黑色皮鞋、领带/领结、运动校服、运动鞋返校;


All students are required to bring their full formal uniform, black leather shoes, tie/bow tie, sports uniform, and sports shoes when returning to school.

同学们可携带适量零花钱,用于校园自动售卖机消费,建议携带金额不超过50元;在校期间妥善保管个人财物,合理规划零钱使用。


Students may bring a small amount of pocket money for use at campus vending machines; it is recommended not to exceed 50 RMB. Please keep personal belongings safe and manage your money wisely while on campus.

严禁携带各类违禁品入校,包括油炸膨化食品、高糖碳酸饮料、三无食品等不健康零食,金属利器、针管等尖锐危险物品;


Bringing any prohibited items to school is strictly forbidden, including fried and puffed snacks, high-sugar carbonated drinks, unregulated food products, and other unhealthy snacks, as well as sharp or dangerous items such as metal tools or syringes.

学校严禁携带电子产品入校,若确需携带,家长需提前与班主任说明具体情况,便于学校核对备案;教学区禁止使用翻译笔、耳机、电子手表、充电宝等电子产品。


Bringing electronic devices to school is strictly prohibited. If it is absolutely necessary, parents must inform the homeroom teacher in advance to allow the school to verify and record the details. The teaching areas strictly forbid the use of electronic devices such as translation pens, headphones, smartwatches, and power banks.

临近开学前可以尝试每天提前30分钟到1小时起床,并尽量按时睡觉,让生物钟慢慢回到上学节奏。


  • 早起小技巧:把闹钟放远一点,让自己必须起床关掉;或者早上打开窗户,让阳光帮你“自然醒”。

  • 睡前小习惯:睡前少玩电子产品,可以读书或做简单伸展,让身体慢慢进入睡眠状态。

In the days leading up to the start of school, try waking up 30 minutes to an hour earlier each day and go to bed on time as much as possible, allowing your biological clock to gradually readjust to the school schedule.


Morning Wake-Up Tips: Place your alarm clock across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off, or open the windows in the morning and let the sunlight help you wake up naturally.


Bedtime Habits: Avoid using electronic devices before sleep. Instead, read a book or do some light stretching to help your body gradually enter a restful state.

梳理学习,做好“开学衔接”

Review Your Studies and Prepare for a Smooth Start


同学们在开学前可合理安排时间,认真梳理学习任务,做好开学前的学习衔接,为新学期的学习打下坚实基础。


花1-2天时间,回顾上学期所学的重点知识,比如语文的古诗文、数学的公式定理、英语的单词短语,梳理自己没有掌握牢固的内容,提前做好复习。同时,简单预习下学期的新知识,不用深入钻研,重点了解课本的章节结构、核心知识点,培养学习兴趣,让开学后听课更轻松。


Before the new semester begins, students can plan their time wisely to review learning tasks and ensure a smooth transition, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming studies.


Spend 1–2 days revisiting key knowledge from the previous semester—for example, classical Chinese texts in Chinese, formulas and theorems in Math, and vocabulary and phrases in English. Identify areas that you haven’t fully mastered and do some preliminary revision. At the same time, lightly preview new content for the coming semester. There’s no need for in-depth study—focus on understanding the chapter structure and core concepts in the textbooks to spark interest and make attending classes after school starts much easier.

Don’t give up the exercise and hobbies you developed over the break. Make sure to get a moderate amount of daily physical activity, such as jogging, skipping rope, playing sports, or doing simple stretches. You can also continue practicing the skills and interests you explored during the winter break to prepare for clubs or courses in the new semester.


Hobbies and exercise not only help relieve study-related stress but also keep you energized and in a good mood, giving you extra motivation for learning.

可以回忆校园里的快乐时光,比如和小伙伴一起玩耍、上课学到新知识、得到老师的表扬,还有新学期即将遇到的新鲜事、新挑战,慢慢培养对开学的期待感,告诉自己“新学期,我可以变得更优秀”。


Feeling nervous, anxious, or reluctant about returning to school is a normal reaction as your body and mind adjust from “holiday mode” to “learning mode.” The key is to learn how to adjust your mindset, acknowledge your emotions, and gradually ease your anxiety so you can welcome the new semester with a positive attitude.


If you feel anxious or irritable, talk to your parents, friends, or teachers about your concerns. Simply sharing your feelings can help relieve stress, and their encouragement and support will give you extra strength.


You can also recall happy moments at school—playing with friends, learning new things in class, receiving praise from teachers—and think about the exciting new experiences and challenges awaiting in the new semester.
