Dear Parents of Grade 10 and Grade 11,
亲爱的十年级和十一年级家长：
We are pleased to introduce the “Stellar Navigator · Explorer Program” for Grade 10 and the “Stellar Navigator · Pioneer Program” for Grade 11—two tailored initiatives designed to support outstanding students in their academic and personal development. These programs aim to identify and nurture students with strong academic foundations, diverse interests, resilience, and teamwork potential, providing them with early recognition, resources, and guidance.
我们谨此介绍专为十年级优秀学生设计的「星航·探索者计划」以及专为十一年级优秀学生设计的「星航·领航者计划」。这两项计划旨在支持学生的学术发展与个人成长，致力于识别并培养具备扎实学术基础、多元兴趣、坚韧品格及团队合作潜力的学生，为他们提供早期的认可、资源支援与成长引导。
For Grade 10 Explorers
十年级「星航·探索者计划」
The Grade 10 program targets students who demonstrate well-rounded qualities and are in an exploratory stage. It focuses on helping students identify their strengths, explore interests, and build a strong foundation for future academic and career pathways.
十年级计划针对展现全面发展素质、处于探索阶段的学生，重点在于帮助学生识别优势、探索兴趣，并为未来的学术与职业道路奠定坚实基础。
Benefits for Grade 10 Students
十年级学生可获益之处
Academic Planning & Foundation Strengthened: Guide students in self-assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Help them set personal learning goals and develop actionable plans.
学业规划与基础巩固：引导学生进行自我评估，识别优势与待改进之处，协助设定个人学习目标并制定可行的计划。
Diverse Exploration & Activity Experience: Encourage participation in various clubs, activities, and foundational competitions. Focus on exploring interests and accumulating experiences.
多元探索与活动经历：鼓励学生参与各类社团、活动及基础性竞赛，重点在于探索兴趣与积累经验。
Career Awareness & Goal Enlightenment: Be well aware of university pathways and admission policies through seminars and talks. Help students establish preliminary academic and career goals.
升学认知与目标启发：透过讲座及专题讲解，更了解大学升学路径及录取政策，帮助学生建立初步的学术与职业目标。
Eligibility for Grade 10
十年级参与资格
Final exam results in the first semester of G10 must rank within the top 30% of the grade.
十年级上学期期末考试中成绩须位列全年级前30%。
Excellent performance in the selection interview.
于选拔面试中表现优异。
Demonstrated ability to balance academic responsibilities with program commitments.
展现平衡学业责任与计划承诺的能力。
Preference will be given to students with award-winning experiences in various activities.
在各类活动中具获奖经历的学生将获优先考虑。
Note: The program operates on an elimination system. Students who fail to meet the evaluation criteria at the end of the semester will be required to withdraw.
备注：本计划设有淘汰机制。若学生于学期末未能达到评估标准，将需退出计划。

The Grade 11 program targets students who have already demonstrated exceptional performance and are in the critical university preparation year. It integrates their development into the application process, providing top-tier resources and support to help them excel.
十一年级计划针对已展现出卓越表现的学生，并将其发展深度整合进关键的大学申请准备年，提供顶级的资源支持，助力他们脱颖而出。

Academic Sprint & Assessment: Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses in subjects. Develop personalised plans for academic reinforcement and excellence.

Eligibility for Grade 11

Comprehensive ranking in the first semester of G11 must be within the top 15% of the grade.

Demonstrated award-winning experiences and competitive extracurricular backgrounds.
