教师是孩子成长路上的温暖引路人，专业的教学能力是守护孩子成长的基石。为更好地陪伴孩子们在新学期稳步前行，彼一米各校园区组织全体教职员工开展了专项培训。培训内容紧扣教学目标，涵盖课堂管理技巧、环境创设、主题课程落地实操、跨学科项目设计、分层教学策略、校园突发事件应急处理等核心模块。

培训中，教师们积极互动、分享经验，在思维碰撞中不断精进教学能力，以终身学习的态度打磨教育技艺，只为将更具深度与温度的学习体验带给每一位学生。

对孩子而言，教室与校园不仅是学习的场所，更是贴合自身成长阶段、探索世界的重要空间。为了让每一处校园空间都能成为孩子们愿意沉浸其中的 “第三位老师”，彼一米各学部老师紧扣新学期教学主题，结合课程理念与学生发展需求，对教室及公共区域进行了精心布置。

在托育和幼儿园校区，色彩柔和的装饰、摆放有序的趣味教具，每一处细节都饱含着启蒙教育的深意，满是温馨与童趣，如同一个个等待孩子们开启的奇妙乐园，充分激发低龄段孩子的好奇心与求知欲，契合IEYC课程的探索核心。

小学部的教室，则兼具书香气息与探究氛围：分类明晰的图书角、鼓励自主思考的 “探究墙”、贴合 IB PYP 的主题探索区…… 每一处布置都为支持孩子们从启蒙学习向独立探究学习顺利过渡，衔接国家义务教育基础与国际化探究思维培养，营造出温馨且富有挑战的学习氛围。

中学部的空间打造则紧扣IGCSE和 A-level 的学术培养要求，更显学术专业与深度：学习目标清晰可见、学生作品上墙、讨论区布置灵活，每一处设计都围绕中学段的学术提升、国际视野培养与升学衔接展开，为孩子们搭建自主学习、学术探究的国际化平台，助力中学段学子夯实学科基础，接轨国际升学标准。

守护学生的健康，是开学筹备的重中之重。为给学子们打造洁净、安全、舒适的校园环境，彼一米各校园区开展了全方位、无死角的清洁消杀工作，涵盖教室、功能室、图书馆、实验室、运动场馆及公共活动区域。

空调系统深度清洗、滤芯更换，窗帘、地毯、沙发等软装细致清洁，室内外环境的无死角清扫消毒，专业消杀团队对游乐设施、盥洗区域等重点场所进行全覆盖消杀。每一项流程都严格把关，每一处细节都不放过，筑起坚实的健康屏障。

Teachers are the warm guides on children's growth paths, and professional teaching ability is the cornerstone safeguarding their development. To better accompany children as they progress steadily in the new semester, all BeeMee campuses organised special training for all staff. The training content closely aligned with teaching objectives, covering core modules such as classroom management techniques, environment creation, practical implementation of thematic curricula, cross-disciplinary project design, differentiated teaching strategies, and emergency response to campus incidents.

During the training, teachers actively interacted, shared experiences, and continuously refined their teaching abilities through the collision of ideas, honing their educational craft with a lifelong learning attitude - all to bring learning experiences with greater depth and warmth to every student.

For children at all stages, classrooms and campuses are not just places for learning, but vital spaces tailored to their developmental phases for exploring the world. To ensure every corner of the campus becomes a "third teacher" where children are willing to immerse themselves, teachers from all BeeMee divisions, closely following the new semester's teaching themes and integrating curriculum philosophies with student development needs, meticulously arranged classrooms and public areas.

In the nursery and kindergarten campuses, the soft-hued decorations and well-arranged interesting teaching aids are imbued with profound implications for early childhood education in every detail, brimming with warmth and childlike fun. They are just like wonderful wonderlands waiting for children to explore, which fully spark the curiosity and thirst for knowledge of young children and align with the exploratory core of the IEYC curriculum.

The primary school classrooms balance an atmosphere of scholarship with inquiry: clearly categorised book corners, "inquiry walls" encouraging independent thought, and themed exploration areas tailored to the IB PYP. Every arrangement supports children's smooth transition from foundational learning to independent inquiry-based study, bridging the national compulsory curriculum foundation with the cultivation of international inquiry thinking, creating a warm yet challenging learning environment.

The spatial design of the Lower and Upper School is closely aligned with the academic cultivation requirements of IGCSE and A-level, exuding a stronger sense of academic professionalism and depth: clear learning objectives are prominently displayed, student works are exhibited on the walls, and discussion areas are flexibly arranged. Every design element centers on the academic advancement, fostering of global perspectives and academic progression for further studies of secondary school students. It builds an international platform for their independent learning and academic inquiry, helping them solidify disciplinary foundations and align with the standards of international further education.

Safeguarding students' health is the top priority in preparations for the new semester. To create a clean, safe and comfortable campus environment for students, all campuses of BeeMee have carried out a thorough, all-round cleaning and disinfection drive with no blind spots, covering classrooms, functional rooms, libraries, laboratories, sports venues and public activity areas.

The air conditioning systems have undergone in-depth cleaning and filter replacement, and soft furnishings such as curtains, carpets and sofas have been thoroughly cleaned. Filter replacement and water quality testing for the direct drinking water systems have been fully completed, and professional disinfection teams have carried out full-coverage disinfection of key areas including play facilities and wash areas. Every process is strictly inspected and supervised, no detail is overlooked, building a solid health barrier.
