近日，2026湾区国际模拟联合国大会圆满落幕。佛山暨大港澳子弟学校25名英语辩论与模拟联合国社的代表出席，大家围绕国际热点议题展开深入讨论，在真实而多元的世界议题中学会独立思考，在立场交锋与理性表达中寻求理解与共识。

最终，9名同学凭借扎实的专业素养、敏锐的思辨能力与出色的综合表现斩获多项大奖，展现了新时代青少年的家国情怀与国际视野。

Recently, the Greater Bay Area International Model United Nations 2026 concluded with great success. 25 representatives from Foshan ASJ’s English Debate and Model United Nations Club attended the event. Engaging in in-depth discussions on pressing global issues, they learned to think independently within authentic and diverse international contexts, and to seek understanding and consensus through the exchange of perspectives and reasoned dialogue.

In the end, nine students earned multiple awards through their solid academic foundation, keen critical thinking, and outstanding overall performance. With their strength and poise, they exemplified the sense of social responsibility and global vision that define a new generation of young leaders.

2026湾区国际模联大会

GBA International Model United Nations 2026

湾区国际模拟联合国大会由深圳报业教育传媒集团、Shenzhen Daily英文《深圳日报》联合主办，是粤港澳大湾区高层次、国际化的青年国际胜任力学术活动。自创办以来，大会已吸引百余所知名高校、中学及模联组织的近千名青年代表参与，成为青年学子心系家国、面向寰宇的锻炼基地。

The Greater Bay Area International Model United Nations Conference is jointly organized by Shenzhen Press Education Media Group and *Shenzhen Daily*. It is a high-level, international academic forum dedicated to fostering global competence among young people in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.

Since its inception, the conference has attracted nearly a thousand young delegates from over one hundred renowned universities, secondary schools, and Model United Nations organizations. It has become a dynamic platform where students cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility while broadening their perspectives to engage with the wider world.

本次大会以“构建区域协同合作，推动全球可持续发展”为主题，设立了世界粮食计划署、联合国教科文组织、联合国大会第四委员会、联合国妇女署及主新闻中心等多个委员会，以中、英两种联合国官方工作语言开展。围绕 “加沙饥荒与长期粮食安全”“1972 纳米比亚问题”“保障女性维和人员权益” 等前沿国际议题，开展法律正义、国际责任等方面的磋商与博弈，让代表们沉浸式体验多边外交全过程，锤炼公众演讲、辩论谈判、团队协作等核心能力。

Under the theme “Building Regional Synergy to Advance Global Sustainable Development,” the conference established multiple committees, including the World Food Programme, UNESCO, the United Nations General Assembly Fourth Committee, UN Women, and the Main Press Center. Proceedings were conducted in both Chinese and English, the official working languages of the United Nations.

Focusing on pressing global issues such as “The Famine in Gaza and Long-Term Food Security,” “The Question of Namibia (1972),” and “Safeguarding the Rights of Female Peacekeepers,” delegates engaged in negotiations and deliberations on legal justice, international responsibility, and multilateral cooperation. Through this immersive experience of the full diplomatic process, participants strengthened essential skills in public speaking, debate and negotiation, and teamwork.

第六条强化人道主义援助，保障纳米比亚民众基本权利：

（一）确立人道主义援助的核心原则：中立性、非政治化、普惠性，援助行动仅以满足纳米比亚民众的生存与发展需求为目标，不附加任何政治条件，不偏向任何特定派别或组织；

（二）关于联合国纳米比亚基金的运营与资金保障：

（子）同步推进联合国监督与人道主义援助，为纳米比亚难民提供临时搭建点，并为其提供紧急医疗与粮食供应；

（丑）联合国纳米比亚过渡援助团（UNTAG）及联合国纳米比亚基金的运作经费，应由联合国会员国根据联合国大会既定的会费分摊比额表，按照支付能力原则承担；

（寅）授权从联合国1973年常规预算中划拨10万美元专项补贴该基金，用于紧急救援物资采购与运输；

（卯）明确基金使用范围：60%用于食品、饮用水、药品等紧急民生物资供应；20%用于医疗设施建设、医护人员培训及疾病防控；15%用于难民安置与临时住所搭建；5%用于基础教育扶持（包括教材编写、学校修缮）；

第七条构建多渠道人道主义救援体系：

（一）授权联合国秘书长协调难民署、世界卫生组织、粮农组织、教科文组织等机构，组建“纳米比亚人道主义救援联合工作组”，制定短期紧急救援方案与长期民生改善计划；

（二）建立安全、无障碍的救援通道：指定纳米比亚与安哥拉、博茨瓦纳边境的3个跨境通道为人道主义专用通道，要求南非政府保障通道畅通，不得拦截、扣押救援物资，不得限制救援人员行动自由；

（三）针对流离失所者：在纳米比亚境内及周边国家设立10个临时难民安置点，提供住宿、食品、医疗、教育等一体化服务，由联合国难民署负责管理，起草国提供物资与技术支持；为纳米比亚流亡海外的难民提供返乡支持，包括交通补贴、临时生活救助及重新安置服务；

（四）强化医疗援助：派遣国际医疗团队进驻纳米比亚主要城市及偏远地区，建立5个流动医疗站，重点开展传染病防治、妇幼保健、创伤救治等工作，同时为当地医护人员提供培训。优先向儿童、妇女、老人、残疾人等弱势群体提供援助，确保其获得充足的食品、医疗服务与教育资源；

第八条明确过渡期行政安排的基本原则：

（一）重申纳米比亚是联合国的直接责任，直至纳米比亚实现真正的自决与独立；

（二）确认南非在纳米比亚的行政当局为非法，南非有义务立即撤出纳米比亚并交由联合国纳米比亚理事会继续行使合法管理当局职责，直至权力移交给纳米比亚人民自由选举产生的政府；

第九条建立在过渡时期进行的选举机制：

（一）授权特别代表支配联合国纳米比亚过渡时期援助团的所有资源，包括军事人员、警务人员、国际文职人员及当地工作人员；

（二）规定选举应遵循以下原则：

（子）全境普选：覆盖纳米比亚全部领土；

（丑）自由投票：所有纳米比亚成年人均有权参与；

（寅）公正程序：选举过程在联合国监督下进行；

（卯）普遍参选：所有政治政党，包括西南非洲人民组织，均可自由参与；

（三）要求南非政府在选举前解散所有基于种族设立的行政机构，包括但不限于所谓的“班图斯坦”家园政策。

更值得珍视的，是这段历练本身所蕴含的成长意义。

佛山暨大港澳子弟学校始终鼓励学生在真实情境中锤炼解决问题的能力。在老师的悉心指导下，同学们深耕国际议题，查阅大量资料，反复打磨立场文件，细致推演流程，每一步都沉淀着思考与成长。

会场之上，他们展现出扎实的语言功底与从容的表达风度，在一次次质询与回应中学会倾听，在一轮轮分歧与协商中学会尊重，在多元立场的交锋中逐渐形成独立而理性的判断，彰显当代港澳青少年应有的全球公民意识。

Even more worthy of appreciation is the growth embedded in the journey itself.

Foshan ASJ consistently encourages students to sharpen their problem-solving abilities in authentic contexts. Under the attentive guidance of their teachers, students delve deeply into international issues, consult extensive sources, refine their position papers time and again, and carefully rehearse procedural flows—each step marked by reflection and growth.

In the conference hall, they demonstrated solid linguistic proficiency and composed eloquence. Through rounds of questioning and response, they learned to listen; through moments of disagreement and negotiation, they learned respect; and through the exchange of diverse perspectives, they gradually developed independent and rational judgment—embodying the global citizenship that defines today’s Hong Kong and Macao youth.
