After that, we listened to a professional teacher explaining what hydroponics is and how it differs from soil planting. Under his guidance, students planted lettuce using nutrient solutions by themselves, understanding how agriculture operates from multiple perspectives. Each student took home their planted lettuce to continue growing it.

之后我们听专业老师的讲解，解释水培是什么和跟土壤种植有什么分别。在他的带领下，学生们亲手利用营养液种植生菜，从多角度明白农业的运作。学生们把自己种的生菜带走，可以回家继续栽培。

Finally, we explored tie-dye, an intangible cultural heritage, allowing students to experience this ancient manual resist-dyeing technique. Creatively using rubber bands and clips to bind and fold the fabric, students then dipped it into dye made from isatis root. The tied areas resisted the dye, leaving white patterns. After removing the bindings, each piece showed unique gradient patterns and textures.

最后我们探究非遗文化——扎染，让学生感受古老的手工物理防染染色工艺。学生们很有创意地用橡皮筋和夹子对织物做捆缚，然后放入板蓝根制作的染料中，染色时扎结处染料难渗入而留白。学生拆去束缚后，形成独一无二的晕染图案与纹理。
