我们想为孩子做的一件事

北京赫德排球联赛即将拉开帷幕。
50多位来自不同年级的同学已经完成报名,正在为接下来的比赛做准备。
有的在课后练习配合,有的已经开始讨论战术。也有人,第一次真正站上“团队”的位置。
接下来的几个月里,每周五的下午,学校里都会有一场属于他们的比赛。
比赛时间
常规赛:
3月下旬至5月底(每周五 15:45–16:45)
季后赛:
6月初

Something We Hope to
Build for Our Students
The HDBJ Volleyball League is about to begin.
More than 50 students from different grade levels have already signed up and are preparing for the season ahead—some are practicing after school, some are discussing tactics, and for some, it is their first time truly stepping into a team.
In the coming months, every Friday afternoon, the school will host matches that belong to them.
Match Schedule
Regular Season:
Late March – End of May
(Fridays, 15:45–16:45)
Playoffs: Early June

当孩子们站在场上时,他们在做的,其实不只是打球。
他们在学着沟通——那句“我来接”;在学着承担——失误之后的下一球;也在学着带领——关键时刻的一次选择。
有些能力,并不只在课堂中形成,却会在这样的场上,慢慢生长出来。
When students step onto the court, they are doing more than just playing volleyball.
They are learning to communicate—shouting “MINE”to receive the ball. To take responsibility—the next point after a mistake. To lead—making decisions when it matters most.
Some of these qualities are not formed in the classroom,but grow naturally through moments like these.

一次由学生推动的尝试

这次排球联赛,从最初的想法到现在的落地,都由学生会一步步推进完成。
我们需要去协调队伍、安排赛程、沟通规则,也需要在过程中不断调整与解决问题。
我们更希望,这不仅是一场比赛,而是一段真实发生的经历——关于责任、合作,以及把一件事情做好。
A Student-Led Initiative
This league has been planned and organized by the student council, from the initial idea to its full implementation.
Students have coordinated teams, scheduled matches, and shaped the structure of the competition—learning along the way to adapt, solve problems, and follow through.
We hope this is not just a competition, but a meaningful experience—one that builds responsibility, collaboration, and a sense of purpose.

We are happy to explore ideas with you and tailor a suitable collaboration.
If you’re open to it, we also welcome your child to take on a liaison role, gaining real, hands-on experience through the process.
