我们搭建基础夯实层——探究层——拓展层三维课程体系，贴合儿童认知规律，让学习从知识积累走向能力提升与素养塑造。

• 基础层对标国家课标，夯实数与运算、图形几何等核心知识；

• 探究层融合IB超学科理念，将数学融入主题探究，让知识活起来；

• 拓展层以校本活动与国际竞赛为载体，让孩子在真实情境中运用数学、创造应用，形成完整学习闭环。

学校以国家课标教材为核心，结合IB理念与国际化资源进行校本化重构，让抽象数学变得鲜活可感。我们整合教材知识点，融入生活探究任务，引入新加坡、英数等国际资源，注重建模思维与逻辑推理，让孩子的数学学习既有扎实根基，又具备全球视野。

数学不止于课桌，更在实践与体验中。第三届数学嘉年华针对1—6年级设计12个创意游戏站点，低年级在造型、拼图中感知图形之美，中年级在挑战游戏中锻炼逻辑推理，高年级在空间谜题中提升协作与思维能力，实现玩中学、探中悟、做中懂。

语言、科学相互连接；遵循IB完整探究流程，让孩子主动提问、动手实践、总结反思，同时培养IB十大学习者素养，让数学学习更具成长价值。

国际赛事的累累硕果，正是彼一米数学教育体系的生动印证。从课堂探究到校园嘉年华，从自然发现到国际赛场，我们始终坚守“让理解自然发生”的理念。

We have built a three layered curriculum that aligns with children’s cognitive development: Foundation – Inquiry – Extension, guiding learning from knowledge acquisition to skill development and character growth.

• Foundation Layer: Aligned with the national curriculum, strengthening core knowledge in number, calculation, shape and geometry.

• Inquiry Layer: Integrated with IB transdisciplinary learning, bringing maths to life through thematic exploration.

• Extension Layer: Delivered through school-based activities and international competitions,enabling children to apply and create with maths in authentic contexts, forming a complete learning cycle.

Our school reframes the national curriculum using IB principles and international resources,turning abstract maths into vivid, tangible learning.We organise key concepts, integrate reallife inquiry tasks, and draw on high-quality international materials including Singapore and British maths approaches.We emphasise mathematical modelling and logical reasoning,so children build strong foundational skills and develop a global perspective.

Maths comes alive through practice and experience, not just at desks.Our 3rd Maths Carnival featured 12 creative stations across Years 1–6:

• Younger learners explore the beauty of shape through patterns and puzzles;

• Middle years develop logical reasoning through challenges and games;

• Upper years enhance collaboration and spatial thinking through mind-teasers.

Learning happens through play, insight through exploration, and understanding through doing.

We embed transdisciplinary integration and inquiry-led learning throughout maths education,breaking down subject boundaries to connect maths with art, language, science and beyond.Following the full IB inquiry cycle, children ask questions, investigate, create and reflect,while developing the IB Learner Profile - making maths meaningful, holistic and life-shaping.

The impressive results in international competitions are a powerful testament to our maths education system.From classroom inquiry to school carnivals, from discoveries in nature to challenges on the global stage,we stay true to our belief: Understanding happens naturally.
