在人工智能与教育深度融合、教育数字化战略行动进入2.0的背景下,如何让科技落地课堂、以AI赋能教师成长,成为学校高质量发展的关键。
3月21日,佛山暨大港澳子弟学校开展教师专业发展日活动,特邀教育部国培计划专家、正高级教师杜永刚莅临指导,围绕教育数字化战略、数字技术在课堂中的应用,以及人工智能赋能教学的真实案例等,展开了深入的探讨。
In the context of the deep integration of artificial intelligence and education and the strategic action of educational digitalization entering 2.0, how to implement technology in the classroom and use AI to empower teachers to grow has become the key to high-quality development of schools.
On March 21, Foshan ASJ held a Teacher Professional Development Day event. Du Yonggang, an expert on the National Training Program of the Ministry of Education and a senior teacher, was specially invited to give guidance and conduct in-depth discussions around the digitalization strategy of education, the application of digital technology in the classroom, and real cases of artificial intelligence empowered teaching.

本次讲座以国家教育数字化战略行动为出发点,为教师们系统梳理了我国教育数字化从战略启动到智能升级的发展脉络。一系列政策开辟了教育发展新赛道、塑造了教育发展新优势,这也要求每一位教师都要主动拥抱变革,成为数智时代的教学实践者与创新者。
This lecture took the national education digitalization strategic actions as the starting point and systematically sorted out the development process of my country's education digitalization from strategic launch to intelligent upgrade for teachers. 在数字技术赋能教学新样态模块,杜永刚老师深入阐释了数字技术对教学核心环节的重构作用。他解读了《教师数字素养》行业标准的具体要求,为教师提升数字素养划定清晰框架;并通过5G远程互动教学实现教育均衡、个性化学情分析推动精准教学、AR创新课堂打造沉浸式情境等实例,让在座教师们直观感受数字技术对“教”与“学”的重塑力量。
此外,他还结合各学科特点,为教师们推荐了适配的实用教学工具,让不同学科教师都能找到适合自己的数字化教学抓手。
In the new module of digital technology empowering teaching, teacher Du Yonggang deeply explained the role of digital technology in reconstructing the core aspects of teaching. He interpreted the specific requirements of the "Teacher's Digital Literacy" industry standard and set a clear framework for teachers to improve their digital literacy; he also provided examples such as achieving educational balance through 5G remote interactive teaching, personalized situation analysis to promote precise teaching, and AR innovative classrooms to create immersive situations, allowing teachers present to intuitively feel the power of digital technology to reshape "teaching" and "learning."
In addition, he also recommended adapted and practical teaching tools for teachers based on the characteristics of each subject, so that teachers of different subjects can find digital teaching methods that suit them.


AI赋能教学的实践与探索,是本次研修的核心内容。杜永刚老师提出AI赋能教学的“三组关系”,为教师搭建起理解AI与教学融合的逻辑:AI赋能教师指导学生,成为教师备课、教学、评价的智能助手;教师指导学生使用AI,培养学生与AI合作的能力,助力其成为数字时代的自主学习者;教师赋能AI指导学生,让智能体成为个性化教学助教。
The practice and exploration of AI-enabled teaching are the core content of this training. Mr. Du Yonggang proposed the "three sets of relationships" of AI-enabled teaching, setting up a logic for teachers to understand the integration of AI and teaching: AI empowers teachers to guide students and becomes intelligent assistants for teachers in lesson preparation, teaching, and evaluation; teachers guide students to use AI, cultivate students' ability to cooperate with AI, and help them become independent learners in the digital age; teachers empower AI to guide students, allowing intelligent agents to become personalized teaching assistants.


活动中,教师们在现场实操、案例观摩中,系统掌握了AI工具的使用技巧与设计思路,从利用AI辅助撰写教案、一键生成教学PPT,到用文生图工具创作教学插图、生成教学音频与数字人,再到设计课堂互动教学游戏,全方位提升实操能力。
讲座间隙,大家亦结合自身备课、授课经历,探讨AI工具在本学科的应用场景,分享各自的思考与设想,为后续教学实践积累经验。
During the lecture breaks, teachers also communicated and discussed the application scenarios of AI tools in this subject based on their own lesson preparation and teaching experiences, shared their own thoughts and ideas, and accumulated experience for subsequent teaching practice.
During the activity, teachers systematically mastered the usage skills and design ideas of AI tools through on-site practical operations and case observation. From using AI to assist in writing lesson plans and generating teaching PPT with one click, to using Vincent diagram tools to create teaching illustrations, generating teaching audio and digital people, and then designing classroom interactive teaching games, all-round improvement of practical abilities was achieved.


此次教师发展日研修,是佛山暨大港澳子弟学校响应国家教育数字化战略、助力教师专业成长、打造高质量教育生态的重要举措。全校教师将以此次讲座为契机,将数字技术与AI工具融入教学过程,推动数字赋能成为课堂教学常态,助力每一位学生实现个性化成长。
