Spring Sports Vibes | 燃动春日：中学部2026年运动会精彩回顾

With spring in full swing and excitement in the air, our Secondary Sports Day 2026 was held on 19 March. This year, we were delighted to welcome teachers and students from our Hong Kong sister school, Yu Chun Keung Memorial College. It was a wonderful opportunity for students from both schools to come together and celebrate the spirit of sport and friendship.

春光明媚，激情飞扬。3月19日，我校中学部2026年陆动会在海逸运动场盛大举行。本次运动会特别迎来了香港姊妹学校余振强纪念中学的师生代表，两地学子欢聚一堂，在竞技与友谊中共同书写了青春的篇章。

The competition soon got underway. On the track, sprinters shot forward like arrows off the string, pushing for speed in the 100-metre dash, while long-distance runners tested their endurance lap after lap. In the field events, high jumpers rose gracefully over the bar, long jumpers gave their all in the sandpit, and shot putters launched the heavy balls through the air with strength and precision. The relay races brought the stadium to life—teams handed over batons with perfect timing and sprinted with all their might, drawing waves of cheers from the stands. Meanwhile, students from our Hong Kong sister school joined in the excitement, cheering alongside our students, sharing encouragement, and connecting through their shared passion for sport.

赛场上，竞争激烈而有序。短跑项目中，选手们如离弦之箭，在百米跑道上展开速度的较量；长跑赛道上，运动员们凭借顽强的毅力，一步步挑战体能的极限。田赛区域同样精彩，跳高选手轻盈过杆，跳远运动员奋力一跃，铅球在空中划出有力的弧线。接力比赛更是将气氛推向高潮，交接棒时的默契配合、冲刺时的全力以赴，引得看台上加油声此起彼伏。赛场上，香港姊妹学校的同学们也热情参与，与我校学子互相鼓励、交流技巧，在竞技中增进了彼此的友谊。

After a full day of spirited competition, the Sports Day drew to a close with cheers and applause. It was not only a showcase of speed and strength, but also a celebration of perseverance, teamwork, and the values of sport. Students from both schools grew through the experience, building lasting memories and strengthening their friendship. Let’s give a big round of applause to all the athletes for their outstanding performances—and we look forward to even greater moments next year!
