IB Programme Benefits
Research indicates that the IB programme is without a doubt one of the most effective academic programmes in the world. The IB prepares students for the rigors of life in ways that other academic programmes do not. It is a holistic approach to education that develops young learners into capable adults.
Through the IB, students develop a high level of self-confidence and the skills needed to thrive in university and life beyond. Students who are successful in the IB programmes are much more likely to gain entrance into top universities, to stay enrolled in and succeed in university, and to become successful adults.
We do not know what career opportunities will be available in the future, but the IB gives students the skills to prepare themselves for whatever opportunities arise. We live in a world in which international interactions are unavoidable and becoming more and more prevalent. The IB does an excellent job of creating Global Citizens who will thrive anywhere.
