Knights Shining on the Pitch!
Over the weekend of 28–29 March, our Senior Secondary Football Team travelled to Foshan to take part in the 2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong Youth Football Invitational Tournament. Competing against teams from 12 schools across the two regions, our players delivered a series of outstanding performances. Both on and off the pitch, they demonstrated professionalism, discipline, and a true team spirit. The school is incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they represented ASJ (Dongguan) with distinction.
上周末（3月28-29日），东莞暨大港澳子弟学校高中足球队前往佛山，参加了2026年粤港青少年足球邀请赛。来自粤港两地共12所学校的百余名青少年球员齐聚绿茵场，在激烈的比拼中切磋技艺、交流友谊。我校队员在场上场下均展现出高度的专业素养与良好的精神风貌，赢得了对手与观众的尊重，学校对同学们的出色表现给予充分肯定。

From the opening group matches on Saturday to the high-intensity knockout rounds on Sunday, our team faced strong opponents and challenging conditions with resilience and composure. Whether executing sharp attacks or holding firm under pressure, they showed not only technical skill but also remarkable mental strength. Every pass, tackle, and save reflected weeks of dedicated training and a deep commitment to the sport.
在首日的小组赛中，球队面对不同风格的对手，稳扎稳打、敢打敢拼，无论是精妙的传切配合，还是顽强的防守反击，都体现出扎实的足球功底与良好的战术执行力。进入第二个比赛日，淘汰赛阶段节奏加快、对抗升级，队员们始终保持专注，在高压之下沉着应对，用拼搏与坚持诠释了体育精神。
Beyond the results, what stood out most was the spirit in which our students competed. They played with integrity, supported one another, and showed respect to their opponents throughout the tournament. It was a wonderful opportunity to build friendships through football and to experience the energy and camaraderie that sport can bring.
此次赛事不仅是一次竞技水平的检验，更是一次宝贵的成长经历。我校学生在比赛中尊重对手、团结协作，赛后与来自不同学校的球员友好交流，充分展现了湾区青少年积极向上、以球会友的良好风貌。绿茵场上的汗水与欢笑，成为这个春天最动人的注脚。
We extend our congratulations to all players and coaching staff for their hard work and for flying the ASJ (Dongguan) flag so proudly. This was a weekend to remember, and we look forward to seeing the team continue to grow and achieve great things together.
