花续新章 同心致远｜第二届家长教师委员会（PTA）正式成立

会议伊始，学校校长团队代表、第一届及第二届 PTA家长委员、教师委员共同回顾第一届PTA的工作历程与丰硕成果。自成立以来，第一届PTA充分发挥家校沟通桥梁作用，搭建起高效互动的家校协作机制，用实际行动践行协同育人使命。

At the beginning of the meeting, representatives of the school principal team, parent committee members, and teacher committee members of the first and second PTA jointly reviewed the work history and fruitful results of the first PTA. Since its establishment, the first PTA has given full play to its role as a communication bridge between home and school, established an efficient and interactive home-school collaboration mechanism, and implemented its mission of collaborative education with practical actions.

From cateen visits to protect campus food safety, parent-child walks to bring parents closer, to home-school exchange meetings to deepen communication, and Mother's Day activities to convey warmth; from parent lectures to empower family education and fully support the school sports meeting, to charity carnivals to convey love and help the concerts be held successfully, the first PTA committee members used warm and meaningful activities to allow children to grow in a richer environment, and also to shorten the distance between families and schools, becoming participants, supporters and peers in school education.

随后，第二届PTA聘任仪式有序展开。各位委员候选人依次进行自我介绍，分享了自己加入PTA的初心、自身优势以及对家校合作的设想。大家怀揣着对孩子的爱、对教育的热忱，积极为PTA的工作贡献自己的力量。

教师委员也同步表示，将加强与家长委员的沟通协作，携手助力学校教育教学与家校共育工作落地。现场氛围真诚而温暖，掌声中也多了一份彼此的认同与期待。

Subsequently, the second PTA appointment ceremony began in an orderly manner. Each committee member candidate introduced themselves in turn and shared their original intention of joining PTA, their own advantages and their vision for home-school cooperation. With their love for children and enthusiasm for education, everyone contributes to the work of PTA.

Teacher committee members also expressed that they would strengthen communication and collaboration with parent committee members and work together to help implement school education and teaching and home-school co-education. The atmosphere was sincere and warm, and the applause also contained mutual recognition and expectations.

在委员职位选举环节，与会人员围绕主席、副主席、秘书长及各工作板块分工，通过讨论、推选等流程，顺利完成第二届PTA组织架构搭建，明确各岗位人选。当选家长、教师纷纷表示，将认真履行职责，用心守护孩子们的成长。

During the election of committee members, the participants focused on the division of labor among the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and each work div. Through discussions, selections and other processes, the participants successfully completed the establishment of the organizational structure of the second PTA and clarified candidates for each position. The elected parents and teachers have expressed that they will conscientiously perform their duties and carefully protect the growth of their children.

Zhang Zhiwen, the new chairman of PTA, said that the second PTA will continue the fine tradition of the first one, adhere to the original intention of home-school collaborative education, use professional empowerment to grow, use time to fulfill responsibilities, and use Zhongzheng to connect home and school. In the future, we will lead all committee members to gather the strength of parents, build a bridge of trust between home and school, help every child grow up healthily with professionalism, enthusiasm and fairness, fully serve the growth of students, support the development of the school, and work together to build a harmonious, warm and nurturing campus ecosystem.

Executive Principal Zhang Guiyuan expressed warm congratulations on the establishment of the second PTA and expressed his sincere gratitude to the members of the first PTA for their selfless dedication. He pointed out that PTA is the core platform and important link for schools to promote collaborative education between home and school. He hopes that the second PTA will build consensus, integrate resources, and deepen collaboration on the basis of previous ones; focus on the school's key tasks, continue to support large-scale activities and key projects, promote parent-school lectures and parent career sharing, improve home-school communication and resource integration mechanisms, strengthen collaborative participation in volunteer services, parent-child activities, and festivals, and promote the institutionalization, normalization, and standardization of PTA work, so that home-school cooperation can truly empower students' all-round development.

At the end of the meeting, Principal Zhang Guiyuan issued letters of appointment to the newly elected PTA chairman and members. A letter of appointment is both an entrustment of trust and the beginning of responsibility. All the staff took a group photo to freeze this important moment and also symbolize a common departure for the future.

“家校共育”，是一次次具体的参与、一场场真诚的对话，并在持续行动中，慢慢凝聚成信任的纽带。

在PTA的推动下，未来将有更多家校活动陆续开展。佛山ASJ学习社区也将在这份稳定而有力的联结中，迈向更长远、更坚实的发展。

"Family-School Partnership" is a series of concrete participations, sincere dialogues, and through continuous actions, it slowly condenses into a bond of trust.

With the promotion of PTA, more home-school activities will be carried out in the future. Foshan ASJ Learning Community will also move towards longer-term and more solid development in this stable and powerful connection.
