与香港姊妹学校青松中学交流

Upon arrival, any travel fatigue soon melted away with cheerful greetings. After a short rest, everyone eagerly joined the first activity: a mixed-team frisbee session on the sports field. Our Grade 7 students teamed up with their Hong Kong peers, running, passing, shouting and laughing together. As the frisbee traced graceful arcs across the sky, so too did the natural bonds of friendship between the young people from both cities.

青松中学师生抵达后，旅途的疲惫在热情问候中一扫而空。经过短暂休整，大家很快投入到第一项活动中——操场上，两校同学混合组队，展开了一场别开生面的飞盘活动。七年级的同学们与香港伙伴们默契配合，奔跑、传接、呐喊、欢笑，飞盘在空中划出优美的弧线，也划出了两地少年之间最自然的友谊。

After the frisbee fun, our teachers led the visitors on a campus tour. From the academic buildings and library to the gymnasium and equestrian centre, the guests showed keen interest in our school’s culture and learning environment, often stopping to chat or take photos.

飞盘活动后，我校教师代表带领来宾参观了校园。从教学楼到图书馆，从体育馆到马场，青松中学的师生对我校的校园文化和学习氛围表现出浓厚兴趣，不时驻足交流、拍照留念。

The afternoon basketball friendly was equally exciting. It is worth noting that the Ching Chung team had just completed an intensive training camp led by a coach from the national U18 programme, making them formidable opponents. When the whistle blew, four hard-fought quarters saw the lead change several times, with both sides displaying exceptional skill and team spirit.

下午的篮球友谊赛同样精彩。值得一提的是，青松中学篮球队刚刚结束了由国家队U18教练亲自指导的集训，实力强劲。随着哨声响起，四节鏖战，比分交替上升，双方都打出了极高的竞技水平和团队精神。

Our players showed no fear against strong rivals – defending tenaciously and combining with flair. Though we ultimately lost by a narrow margin, what truly mattered was the sight of players from both sides high-fiving and smiling at each other after the final buzzer.

我校篮球队在强手面前毫不畏惧，奋力防守、精妙配合，赛出了风格与斗志。虽然最终以微弱分差惜败，但赛后双方队员击掌致意、相视而笑的画面，比分数更加珍贵。

This was more than a sports exchange – it was a meeting of hearts. Teachers and students from both schools truly embodied the meaning of a “sister school” relationship: not just formal visits, but genuine learning and growth together. We look forward to our next gathering, whether in Hong Kong or here on our own campus – and to seeing each other shine even brighter.

这是一次体育的交流，更是一次心灵的靠近。两校师生用行动诠释了“姊妹学校”的意义——不是简单的互访，而是真诚的学习与成长。期待下一次相聚，无论是在香港还是在本校，我们都能看到彼此更精彩的模样。
