公职铁饭碗&科创新风口？升学工作坊赋能职业规划

首场讲座由暨大港澳子弟学校高级升学顾问莫老师带来“香港公务员体系”专题分享。

讲座中，莫老师从学生与家长最关心的“未来出路”切入，梳理了香港公务员的岗位类型、不同学历可报考方向及对应薪酬水平，让大家更清晰地看到升学与就业之间的衔接路径。随后，她重点解析了报考香港公务员的核心要求，并提醒学生尽早了解规则、提前做好准备。

The first lecture was delivered by Ms. Nicole, Senior College Entrance Counsellor of Affiliated School of JNU For Hong Kong & Macao Students, who gave a themed sharing session on Hong Kong’s Civil Service System.

Starting with future career pathways, a top concern for both students and parents, Ms. Nicole outlined the various civil service posts in Hong Kong, entry options for candidates with different academic qualifications, and corresponding salary ranges. This helped participants clearly understand the connection between further studies and future employment. She then analysed the core entry requirements for Hong Kong civil service roles, reminding students to learn about relevant regulations early and make adequate preparations in advance.

为了帮助大家更全面地判断发展方向，莫老师还对比了香港与内地公务员体系招录的差异，为学生和家长提供更多元的参考视角。

在个人规划部分，她从学业基础、语言提升、时事积累、考试练习、面试准备等方面给出实用备战建议，强调提早规划身份、学历与考试的重要性。

To help participants evaluate their career options more comprehensively, Ms. Nicole also compared the recruitment differences between the civil service systems in Hong Kong and mainland, offering students and parents a broader range of perspectives for reference.

When discussing personal development planning, she shared practical tips covering academic foundations, language proficiency enhancement, current affairs knowledge accumulation, exam drills and interview preparation. She stressed the importance of early planning for residency status, academic qualifications and relevant examinations.

第二场讲座聚焦「香港升学价值」「本科多元就业路径」「AI 科创行业发展机遇」三大核心议题展开分享。主讲嘉宾田皓博先生以2026QS世界大学排名为切入点，直观展示香港高校的全球综合认可度，为在场学子的升学规划注入信心。

同时，他结合香港大学教育资助委员会（UGC）官方权威数据，拆解香港本科毕业生的五大主流发展方向，指出香港本科生具备灵活多元、选择丰富的成长发展路径。

The second lecture centered on three core themes: the value of further studies in Hong Kong, diverse career pathways for undergraduate graduates, and development opportunities in the AI and tech innovation industry. Delivered by guest speaker Mr. Tian, the session opened with the 2026 QS World University Rankings to clearly illustrate the global recognition of Hong Kong’s higher education institutions, boosting students’ confidence in their future study planning.

Drawing on authoritative official data from the University Grants Committee (UGC), he broke down the five major career trajectories for local undergraduate graduates. He highlighted that students pursuing undergraduate studies in Hong Kong enjoy flexible, diversified and abundant options for personal and professional development.

Throughout the sharing, he drew on frontline industry experience and personal insights to elaborate on accessible funding channels and practical know-how for entrepreneurship. Combining current policies and market conditions, he objectively analysed the current landscape, emerging opportunities and long-term prospects of Hong Kong’s AI industry, delivering well-rounded, highly informative content of great practical reference value.

Towards the end of the lecture, students and parents engaged actively in an interactive Q&A session. Some parents sought advice on effective summer planning and seamless progression for further studies, while several students showed strong interest in entrepreneurship.The guest speaker responded to every question individually and offered targeted recommendations tailored to the developmental needs of students at different stages, clarifying actionable directions for all attendees.
