The transition into Grade 1 is an exciting milestone for every family. It is often the moment when children begin to see themselves as independent learners — building confidence, developing routines, expressing ideas, and discovering new ways to engage with the world around them.

Grade 1 is an important year for building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while also developing independence, responsibility, and positive learning habits.
