东莞ASJ消防演练活动
Fire Drill ASJ
Safety is never a small matter, and prevention is always the best protection. To further strengthen fire safety awareness among teachers and students, promote knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation, and enhance emergency evacuation, self-rescue, and mutual-aid capabilities, ASJ (Dongguan) held a fire drill on the morning of May 13. Firefighters from the Gaobu Fire and Rescue Brigade were specially invited to provide on-site guidance and deliver professional, practical fire safety education.
安全无小事，防患于未然。为进一步强化全校师生消防安全意识，普及防灾减灾知识，提高应急避险与自救互救能力，5 月 13 日上午，东莞暨大港澳子弟学校开展了消防演练活动。此次活动特别邀请了高埗镇消防救援大队消防员现场指导，带来专业、实用的消防安全教育。
At 9:30 a.m., as the fire alarm sounded, the drill officially began. Under the guidance of their teachers, all students covered their mouths and noses, bent low, and evacuated quickly and orderly along the designated routes to the school football field. The entire process was well-organised and efficient, demonstrating strong emergency response awareness and discipline. Upon arrival at the assembly point, each class immediately conducted a headcount and reported the results, confirming that all teachers and students had evacuated safely.
上午9：30，随着消防警报响起，演练正式开始。全体学生在老师的引导下，捂住口鼻、弯腰低姿，沿预定路线快速有序地撤离到学校足球场，整个过程规范高效，展现了良好的应急素养。到达集结点后，各班级立即清点人数并上报，确认全体师生安全到位。
Afterwards, firefighters from the Gaobu Fire and Rescue Brigade drove a fire engine onto campus and demonstrated firefighting procedures, giving teachers and students a more direct and vivid understanding of fire rescue operations.
随后，高埗镇消防救援大队消防员驾驶消防车进入校园，演示灭火过程，让师生更直观地了解了消防救援工作。
Following the demonstration, Principal Samuel KAM, the commander-in-chief of the drill, delivered a summary of the evacuation exercise. He commended the orderly and efficient evacuation process, emphasised the importance of fire safety, and reminded all teachers and students to remain alert to potential risks, keep emergency response knowledge firmly in mind, and integrate safety awareness into their daily study and life.
接着，总指挥金礼贤校长对本次疏散演练进行了总结，肯定了疏散过程的有序高效，同时强调了消防安全的重要性，提醒全体师生时刻重视安全，牢记避险知识，把安全意识融入日常学习与生活。
Finally, the firefighters introduced the significance of China’s National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day on May 12. They explained the dangers of fire, basic methods for putting out an early-stage fire, and the importance of scientific disaster prevention and emergency response. During the session, the firefighters gave a focused demonstration on the standard use of fire extinguishers, breaking down each step with detailed explanations. Students were then invited to try using the extinguishers themselves, with firefighters providing one-on-one guidance and corrections. Through hands-on practice, students gained a more solid command of essential firefighting skills. The atmosphere was both lively and orderly.
最后，消防员向大家介绍 “5・12” 防灾减灾日的意义，讲解火灾危害与初期扑救方法，传递科学防灾避险理念。活动中，消防员重点演示灭火器标准使用步骤，拆解示范、细致讲解，并邀请学生上台亲手操作，一对一指导纠正，让同学们在实践中熟练掌握灭火技能。现场气氛热烈有序。
Combining theoretical learning with practical experience, this fire drill not only helped popularise fire safety and disaster prevention knowledge, but also effectively improved the emergency response capabilities of teachers and students. Taking this activity as an opportunity, our school will continue to carry out regular safety education and emergency drills, further strengthen the campus safety system, and create a safe and harmonious learning environment for all students.
此次消防演习将理论学习与实操体验相结合，既普及了消防与防灾知识，又切实提升了师生应急处置能力。我校将以此次活动为契机，持续开展常态化安全教育与应急演练，不断完善校园安全体系，为学生营造安全、和谐的校园环境。
