舌尖上的哈罗横琴——名厨交流活动落幕,20道菜惊艳亮相,将进驻午餐菜单!
膳食滋养成长,食育点亮校园。
为进一步提升校园餐饮品质、丰富学生餐桌选择、拓展孩子的国际化饮食视野,哈罗横琴携手哈罗深圳,举办以国际名厨颜道辰(Paul Yen)匠心打造的20道菜品为核心的厨师交流活动。
通过技术交流与现场学习,这些优质菜式已正式纳入我校校园菜品库。活动特邀哈罗深圳厨师亲临教学,从配方、口味到营养配比,进行全方位严格把控。
接下来,这20道精品菜品将陆续进入学生午餐菜单,实行定期轮换、循环出品模式,让孩子们在校即可每日品尝正宗的环球美味。
意式经典主食,肉丸 Q 弹紧实,番茄罗勒酱香醇厚。
果香解腻、鸭肉鲜嫩,搭配味噌红薯泥,层次丰富、口感高级。
外皮金黄酥脆、肉质多汁,搭配苹果酱解腻,风味绝佳。
以上 20 道菜式,将持续丰富学生的每日就餐选择。

We nourish students’ growth with wholesome food.
To improve school dining, expand students’ choices, and introduce international flavours, Harrow Hengqin and Harrow Shenzhen hosted a chef exchange featuring 20 signature dishes by international chef Paul Yen.
These dishes have now been added to our campus menu library. Harrow Shenzhen chefs ensured every recipe meets strict standards for taste and nutrition.
The 20 dishes will be gradually included in the student lunch rotation, allowing children to enjoy authentic global flavours every school day.

These 20 dishes will continue to expand students’ daily dining options.
Harrow Hengqin upholds its international education ethos, valuing not only classroom learning but also food education and culture. The school follows AISL’s international catering standards, controlling from ingredient sourcing and preparation to nutritional balance, ensuring meals combine quality with care.
