舌尖上的哈罗横琴——名厨交流活动落幕,20道菜惊艳亮相,将进驻午餐菜单!

为进一步提升校园餐饮品质、丰富学生餐桌选择、拓展孩子的国际化饮食视野,哈罗横琴携手哈罗深圳,举办以国际名厨颜道辰(Paul Yen)匠心打造的20道菜品为核心的厨师交流活动

通过技术交流与现场学习,这些优质菜式已正式纳入我校校园菜品库。活动特邀哈罗深圳厨师亲临教学,从配方、口味到营养配比,进行全方位严格把控。



接下来,这20道精品菜品将陆续进入学生午餐菜单,实行定期轮换循环出品模式,让孩子们在校即可每日品尝正宗的环球美味。

咕噜菠萝鸡肉

酸甜开胃、果香浓郁,经典中西融合菜式。


肉丸斜管面配西红柿罗勒酱

意式经典主食,肉丸 Q 弹紧实,番茄罗勒酱香醇厚。


牧羊人派

英式传统招牌料理,口感醇厚、饱腹又营养。


苹果烤鸭配味噌红薯泥

果香解腻、鸭肉鲜嫩,搭配味噌红薯泥,层次丰富、口感高级。


牛肉千层面

层层面皮裹着肉酱与芝士,焗烤香气十足。


牛肉炒蛋卷

鲜香牛肉搭配滑嫩炒蛋,搭配饼皮,口感丰富。


印度羊肉咖喱

异域经典咖喱风味,羊肉软烂入味,香料温和不刺激。


烤猪肉脆皮配苹果酱

外皮金黄酥脆、肉质多汁,搭配苹果酱解腻,风味绝佳。


烤羊肉配薄荷酱

英式经典烤羊肉,薄荷酱清爽去腥解腻,鲜香不膻。


哈洛米芝士黒松露蘑菇饭

松露香气醇厚,搭配拉丝奶酪,精致西式烩饭。


枫糖味噌豆腐宽面条

咸甜交织、清爽低脂,素食友好。


韩式牛肉拌饭

酸甜开胃、果香浓郁,经典中西融合菜式。


泰式绿咖喱鸡

正宗泰式风味,椰香浓郁、口味柔和。


泰式红咖喱豆腐

素食美味,豆腐吸满咖喱酱汁。


肉酱意面

经典意式肉酱面,肉香浓郁醇厚。


印度奶油鸡配烤饼

奶香浓郁黄油鸡,搭配烤馕,异域风情十足。


烤鸡肉卷配牛油果和芒果酱

果香、肉香融合牛油果绵密口感。


烤鸡柳配蜂蜜芥末酱

蜂蜜清甜融合芥末淡香,鸡肉嫩滑不柴。


墨西哥鸡肉法吉塔

鲜香微辣、食材丰富。


哈罗米奶酪西红柿罗勒扁面包

奶香奶酪搭配番茄罗勒,简约西式轻食。


以上 20 道菜式,将持续丰富学生的每日就餐选择。

We nourish students’ growth with wholesome food.


To improve school dining, expand students’ choices, and introduce international flavours, Harrow Hengqin and Harrow Shenzhen hosted a chef exchange featuring 20 signature dishes by international chef Paul Yen.

These dishes have now been added to our campus menu library. Harrow Shenzhen chefs ensured every recipe meets strict standards for taste and nutrition.



The 20 dishes will be gradually included in the student lunch rotation, allowing children to enjoy authentic global flavours every school day.

Apple Glazed Duck with

Miso Sweet Potato Mash

Juicy duck with fruity sweetness, paired with miso-infused sweet potato mash for layered, sophisticated flavours.


Beef Lasagne

Layers of pasta, meat sauce, and cheese, baked to a fragrant golden perfection.


Beef Scrambled Egg Wrap

Savoury beef combined with silky scrambled eggs, wrapped in a soft flatbread.


Lamb Rogan Josh Curry

A classic exotic curry with tender lamb and gently spiced, aromatic sauce.


Crispy Roast Pork with Apple Sauce

Golden, crunchy skin with juicy meat, balanced by sweet apple sauce.


Roast Lamb with Roast Vegetable and Mint Sauce

Traditional British roast lamb, with fresh mint sauce to refresh and enhance flavour.


Black Truffle Mushroom Risotto with Grilled Halloumi Cheese

A sweet-savoury, light, vegetarian-friendly pasta.


Korean Beef Bibimbap

Authentic Thai curry with creamy coconut flavour and mild spice.


Thai Red Curry with Tofu

Butter chicken and Naan Flat Bread

Creamy, buttery chicken paired with soft naan for a touch of exotic flair.


Grilled Chicken, Mango Chutney and Avocado Wrap

Juicy chicken, sweet mango chutney, and creamy avocado combine for a fresh, fruity wrap.


Roast Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce

Tender chicken with a delicate balance of sweet honey and mild mustard.


Mexican Chicken Fajitas

A vibrant, slightly spicy dish with a variety of fresh ingredients.


Halloumi Cheese and Tomato Basil Flatbread

A light, simple Western-style dish with melting halloumi and fresh tomato and basil.


These 20 dishes will continue to expand students’ daily dining options.


Harrow Hengqin upholds its international education ethos, valuing not only classroom learning but also food education and culture. The school follows AISL’s international catering standards, controlling from ingredient sourcing and preparation to nutritional balance, ensuring meals combine quality with care.
