On May 22, LEH Foshan proudly hosted the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026. Filled with pride and warmth, the campus witnessed this special moment as graduates closed the door on from secondary school life and stepped boldly on brand-new life journeys.
Marking remarkable growth from last year’s cohort of 6 graduates, 20 students from the Class of 2026, driving extraordinary progress across the Sixth Form. Alongside the expanding cohort, the Sixth Form Centre has fully upgraded facilities and academic support, including an expanded tutor team, supervised study sessions and dedicated Teacher Access Points. The Centre resources now feature 8 exclusive classrooms, a collaborative study zone, a lecture theatre and a well-equipped Resource Centre, creating a comprehensive learning environment.
This year’s graduates have achieved outstanding university results, earning 80 offers from top-tier institutions across the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and beyond. Such remarkable achievements stem from the school’s personalised attention, one-to-one academic and career guidance, professional teaching experience, and trusted teacher-student relationships, supporting every student in securing their ideal university placements.
In addition, the Class of 2026 excels both academically and in all-round development. Several students achieved full marks in formal examinations. Three students completed the Independent Project Qualification (IPQ) and were awarded Grade B. In the arts, one student gained a Distinction in the ATCL Drum Kit Diploma, while another passed the ABRSM Oboe Grade 8 with outstanding performance.
Upholding the philosophy of holistic education, LEH Foshan always respects individuality and empowers independent growth. The school offers abundant opportunities for leadership development, self-exploration and personal advancement. Beyond academic knowledge, we nurture critical thinking, teamwork and long-term potential, enabling every student to discover their strengths and grow into globally minded, well-rounded individuals.
Mrs MacDonald, Head of Sixth Form, shared her message to the students,
What makes the Class of 2026 truly stand out is their collective ability to accept support, encourage, and celebrate each other. It's difficult to put into words the joy and pride I have felt seeing students celebrate the exam results of their peers, hearing peptalks before exams to ease nerves, and listening to cheers and shouts of encouragement on the sidelines of basketball courts and football pitches.
To the Class of 2026, you will always hold a special place in my heart. Each of you, on your unique journey, has grown and developed, and you are ready for the exciting adventures that lie ahead. Embrace every opportunity, work hard, act with integrity, but most importantly-be kind. Be kind to yourself and to everyone you meet, and strive to make a positive impact on our world.
Following the ceremony, the graduation dinner gathered teachers, students and parents. Everyone reflected on precious campus memories, shared moments of growth, and celebrated the perfect close to their secondary school years.
As a new chapter begins, may the Class of 2026 carry knowledge, courage and passion from LEH Foshan into the future. May you stay true to yourselves, stride confidently into the wider world, and create your own brilliant legacy.
