Both CISK teams represented the school excellently, qualified for the global rounds this summer, and received over 25 individual and team awards. Jane Li (6A), Ella Eberly (6B), and Patricia Xu (6B) placed 2nd in the Junior Division Team Debate and earned a Silver award overall. Patricia was also selected to participate in the “Debate Showcase” on the second day.
We are so grateful for our scholars' passion and tireless hard work. They approached every debate, every essay, and every challenge with curiosity and perseverance. We couldn't be prouder of them and can't wait to see what they do next!
The TOK Exhibition is a flagship IB Diploma experience that brings learning to life. Through this exhibition, students select one of the 35 knowledge prompts set by the International Baccalaureate and explore it using real‑life objects that are personally meaningful and culturally relevant.
The exhibition showcases students as curious, reflective, and analytical thinkers, encouraging them to investigate big ideas about knowledge, perspective, evidence, and truth beyond the classroom. By connecting theory to real‑world contexts, students develop deeper insight into how knowledge is created, shared, and valued in everyday life.
Celebrating student voice, creativity, and independent thinking, the TOK Exhibition highlights our commitment to nurturing confident, globally minded learners who can think critically, communicate thoughtfully, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
At CISK, we don't just teach students to learn — we empower them to think, speak, and act. And as they continue to grow, whether on the global stage or in the classroom, they prove it every single day. Stay tuned for more stories of growth, curiosity, and courage.
